I have an issue with my WordPress, when I manually add a meta description using Yoast in a specific post, it doesn’t replace the WP meta desc but add it to the first one, any idea why? Thanks (see attachment).
]]>However, custom meta desc using Yoast plugin integrated in WordPress Elementor for each pages works.
How do I fix that it can make default meta descs for all pages?
Thank you very much
setup:
Search Appearance -> Content Types -> FAQs (faq) -> input SEO title and Meta description
And when visit the website: domain.com/faq, the title not shown as configured, meta description is not shown, please advise.
]]>It appears that at some point in the past you set up the “Cart Orders” section to view the list of orders – which is awesome btw!
And in that initial development, added two Columns, “Title Tag” and “Meta Desc.”
Though I don’t see that the code was added to allow the implementation of that “on” the actual shopping cart page, correct?
The “Title Tag” column, in particular, would sure be helpful for easier viewing of the Cart Orders page. As it is now, one has to click through into the Order ID to figure out what the payment is for (way less fun).

btw: Your support forum is down – so can’t search there.
]]>Yoast SEO is working great for us; however, we have a couple of pages where “SEO Title” and “Meta Desc” are blank in our WP Admin pages section. Click here for details.
Everything else is fine (i.e., Google search results show the meta description, etc.).
We double-checked our SEO Yoast entries, compared our entries to other pages, deactivated all plugins to find the culprit(s), and even checked this forum for answers best we could, but nothing found.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
]]>Is there a plugin or a dashboard tweak that will allow me to directly edit the wording in the ‘SEO Title’, ‘Meta Desc’, ‘Keyphrase’ columns on the ‘Pages’ screen. Screen Options at the top allows you to see them but not edit them. I’m using Yoast SEO and I’m aware you can edit those entries in the snippets section on each Page, but I would rather do it in the Pages page overview as its quicker and faster that way.
Can anyone help?
