PS: the theme I’m using it on, is the Greenshift FSE theme.
]]>I have a problem with my menu – it looks ok on desktop but the mobile view is completely wrong. An image I don’t want there has suddenly plonked itself a the top, the menu is obscured.
Another issue is that the hamburger menu icon doesn’t look like a menu icon. It just looks like a white tile.
Any fixes?
]]>Could someone please assist me in resolving an issue I am experiencing on my website? As shown in the attached image, when accessing the website using the HTTPS protocol (https://exactechexposed.org/), the menu appears as an icon list rather than in its proper format. However, when using HTTP protocol (https://exactechexposed.org/), the menu displays correctly.
If anyone has any suggestions or solutions to fix this problem, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
]]>We had it set to display in the menu, which displayed this result; changing it to “None” with a custom menu item with [gtranslate] (as suggested in another thread) made no difference but is what we have now.
Using the floating options are not appropriate, as it hides important information wherever you put it.
I need a simple quick fix, please. I will have to disable the plugin later on today, as I can’t leave it like that for long.
]]>I have a couple of menu items that are 3rd level items. However, when I mouse over the 2nd level item, while the 3rd level appears, it doens’t nest next to it, it sits up too high to mouse over and actually click on the 3rd level items. You can see this specifically under “subscriber resources” > “webinar archives”. I can mouse over “webinar archives” and see the next items, but I can’t get to them.
]]>This is regarding the “Executive Search” dropdown link under “Properties in the menu.
I have clicked “screen options”, enabled “link target” and checked the box to “open link in new window/tab”, but the menu link won’t open in a new tab. If you inspect the code, you can see the “target=”_blank” code is intact. The new tab functionality works if I remove the menu item from the Properties dropdown, but it needs to live in that dropdown section.
Have tried disabling plugins that are not crucial for our site, but no luck.
Can you please advise?
Best,
Paul
