We encountered these 2 major issues:
A casino promotion text appeared just before the website footer on all pages.
It’s not possible to remove it through Elementor or in any other way.
We tried with our hosting support different solutions and it appears to be Theme’s fault.
Also, menu items are disappeared and when we try to manually re-add them and save the menu, they disappear again.
It’s quite frustrating and we’re in an emergency to fix this.

Not sure what has caused this as it happened overnight. I have auto-update enabled for my plugins so not sure if one updated around the time the error was caused (is there a way to check this?)
The main menu has disappeared. Also, on the homepage, lots of different features are broken or missing (logos, sliders, animations etc).
The theme is Visia – I cannot see a support forum for the theme, is it possible to tell if support is still offered for the theme ?
I have the max mega menu plugin. I have deactivated that and still have the problem.
Even in ‘customize’ mode the site is still broken.
Does anyone have any idea of what might be causing the problem?

I tried everything I saw on this forum, changing header styles, trying a different menu, making sure elementor canvas in not activated. but nothing.

Now I had to do some changes in my hone page and the menu has disappeared. The most weird thing is that on the rest of the page it appears and if the site is checked logged as administrator, the menu appears without problem.

I wanted to disable the url(link) of few of the title from head menu and add sub menus. I made a mess of it, hence created a new menu, organized it well and named it primary (the present menu) and thereafter deleted the old menu (top menu). and published. Though the menu is visible on customizer, it is not displaying while live.

Everytime I go to customize my site and reset my menu settings and put it back to how it was, after clicking publish it just goes back to a default black and white title with no header.

I just added a single menu item to my menu (Appearance –> Menus –> Edit Menus), and after I saved it I noticed that two thirds of my menu structure was gone! Did I trip over a limit to the number of menu items possible? Any other potential reasons for this?
Also of note is that my Menu Location Settings were also lost (Appearance –> Menus –> Edit Menus). I’ve corrected this, but my Menu structure is mostly gone.
Final thing of note, is that my site with complete menu structure seems to be intact when viewing from mobile (although It doesn’t have my last couple of changes, so I suspect my phone’s buffer is being used?)
Before I try a back-up, does anyone have any suggestions on what happened and how to correct?
