Error in posting to Facebook when tagging other page

Whenever I post a message to Facebook with a mention of another profile, I receive the following error:

Buffer API Error: #1030: Whoops, so sorry! It looks like we had some trouble with your Facebook Page mentions.

What could be wrong – where to start looking for a solution?
