Subscription Renewal Payments Being Synched Incorrectly

Hi Guys,

We use Woo Subscriptions to process membership subscriptions. The initial/first member signup is processed correctly and the payment is synched to the correct person and newsletter in mailchimp. However, this member’s subscription renewal is not synched correctly – it is marked as a payment to the most recent newsletter sent to the person.

This is obviously not giving us the correct picture of revenues from newsletters.

How do we fix this?

Membership renewal link not working

Hi,
I have follow the instruction to implement membership renewal.
– I created a renewal page with payment buttons (續會2021年度). This page is restricted to logged-in members only.
– Enable Expired Account Login was ticked off,
– Membership Renewal URL was entered as “https://frank-photography/會員使用/續會2021年度/”,
– To test, I created a member of membership level whose membership would expired in a few days. The member is now expired. When this expired member logged in and clicked the 續會2021年度 (membership renewal), he was redirected to another page with the message: “Your account has expired. 请 renew your account to gain access to this content.” The word renew was a link. When this link was clicked, a 404 page was displayed saying “This page doesn’t seem to exist.”

I am not sure what I missed or got wrong in setting this up. Please help.

Renewing members getting void

Hello,
We got a report that when our members getting a renew and it was successful, the reciept sent to them and it goes also to our payment authorize.net but it also getting void. When we call the authorize.net they said that the plugin pmpro is the one causing it to void the payment. To explain more better,
user renew
after renew, user recieved the reciept
Admin recieved the notification and the payment but it suddenly gets void.

This happen just last week, so we are not sure why… Please advice.

I have also updated the plugin to its new version..

Will recurring payment button renew membership?

I have a membership setup to expire after 1 month. I also have a payment button with a 1 month billing cycle. Will the membership renew if payment is received or do I need to setup a different expiring condition? (having it never expire until cancelled and just trust payments are coming through). I have a lot of people signing up and don’t want to have to check if memberships are being paid for by everyone so I just want to make sure that I’ve set this up correctly!

Membership Renewal Reminders/Confirmation Mails and Invoices??

Hiya

Had PMPro working wonderfully on a site for a year but now with renewals coming in members don’t appear to be getting any notice of their membership due to renew or confirmation/invoice of it’s renewal.

Does anyone know if (and how preferably please!) this is achieved in PmPro or whether it’s something that is dealt with by the payment gateway (Paypal or Stripe)

Any help much appreciated!

Change membership prices

I have changed my membership prices for all membership levels. I have created new buttons for all new members as of the price change, but how to I change the automatic renewal prices on the existing memberships please?
