Can anyone please advise what plugins I need to install to set up the following site.

1: im looking to set up a Classified ads type of directory website that will allow entertainers to advertise their bands etc.

2: So I Require a membership plugin so that the bands can sign and pay a small monthly fee for advertising , I obviously require a payment gateway.

3:The bands need to have access to the back end so that they can add YouTube video links,photos, biography,text,social icons etc.

4:Im confused as how to put it together, should I use classified ads directory type plugin plus something like woo commerce or does woo commerce let me do the lot.

Any advice would be very much appreciated

I am not sure what some of the users here have been doing but I have built with most Membership plugins and literally dozens using S2 Pro and I can tell you, bar none it is the best of all of them. Extremely powerful, anything you might want to do it can do.
There is a strong S2 Member community forum with all the answers you might need, a pool of skilled developers and the S2 pro deal is the software deal of a lifetime. php scripting anyone!!
Given the huge power and value of S2 Pro for literally almost peanuts it’s unrealistic to expect “on call support” but there is support, and really you won’t need it, the plugin is extremely well documented inside WordPress admin and there is all the information you might need in the free community website.

The same developers do their own cache plugin works works perfectly with S2 pro called comet cache ( another excellent deal), I highly recommend you try it out, my thanks go to the S2 developers for their fine software

Need Advice on Using WP Site to Manage Club Membership

Hi,
I am the webmaster for a non-profit woodturning club in Washington State. I migrated our site to WP when I took over that job. I have gradually used plugins to build up the functionality of the site, and currently use the Ninjaforms plugin to create forms that allow people to submit a membership application for the club and pay their annual dues via PayPal. We are about to start offering regular skills classes and I plan to use our forms plugin to allow registration for classes and fee collection. We also use Woo Commerce and an auction plugin for Woo Commerce to run online auctions of turning tools, equipment and wood.

My VP for Membership wants to have a more fully functioning membership database automatically managed by the site, rather than exporting membership information to Excel. I have looked at some membership plugins but am a little confused by what they offer. The idea here is not to create a membership requirement for our site, but to use our site to manage our club members. I would like software that saves your information when you join and pay your dues, notifies each member when their annual membership is coming due, allows members to re-confirm existing contact information or update contact information the club maintains, and then uses PayPal or some other vendor to collect the annual dues. The membership plugin would also have to allow creation of forms for new member applications and for registration for classes and other events.

Can anyone offer suggestions of plugins I should explore that can accomplish these tasks for our site? Remember, we’re not talking about website membership; we’re talking about membership in our organization.

Hello,

I run a membership website with Restrict User Access plugin together with Woocommerce and I am most interested in offering ways to log in through social media BUT I am ALSO most interested in changing my wp-login.php in a way that it does not hurt any of these plugins settings such a Woocommerce my account or Restrict User Access members roles. Will Super Socializer help me change my wp-login.php too, or should I use for this matter an additional plugin such as WPS Hide Login Plugin? If so, will they conflict??

Need membership plugin with Primary and Family Member capabilities

The organization I work for needs a new membership system with the following requirements:

Allow a Primary Member to add Family Members at the time of signup.
Family Members are full members in their own rights, not just a sub-member of the Primary Member.
Memebers must be able to be sorted as either a “Member” (ignoring if they are Primary or Family) or a Primary Member.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Elementor Header and Footer crashes when I install membership plugins

Hi there,

Whichever membership plugin I install, the header crashes.
It adds a long list of all the site’s pages only on the pages that have to do with the membership plugin. The rest of the site works just fine.

At first I thought the problem came from the membership plugin but I tried a few and it happens with every single one of them. I also have some redirection problems when I go to the account page. I guess this is relevant but I am not sure.

Hi Developers,
I want to create a form that would be used for creation of an user in the frontend. The fields which i want to have are USERNAME,EMAIL, FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, PASSWORD and ROLE. The main part here is ROLE. I want to have a field where the admin can assign a role to the user. NOTE: Only admin have an access to this page in the frontend.
Is it possible?

Issues with DAP Membership Plugin

Dear Forum Members,

this is a rather general question regarding setting up a Membership Site with DAP (digitalaccesspass.com) and WordPress.

I have tried to get a DAP powered membership site up and running. In order to offer a credit system for my members, I am using the DAP addon “Credit Store”.

So far, I managed to install and configure DAP and Credit Store and created membership levels and digital products.

However, I am facing technical issues and bugs for almost one year now. DAP Support did not manage to resolve the issues, neither. Now, I have the impression that the DAP membership plugin does not work properly in my scenario. For some reason, I could not find any running live site that successfully is running DAP and Credit Store.

Thus, I am asking you for your feedback and help. Does anybody of you have DAP and Credit Store on a live site and managed to get it running without any issues? Has anybody made similar experiences?
