Hi Support.

Cannot edit profiles, using the edit button on the members page, after updating to version. 2.8.7 and 2.8.8.

When clicked, it redirects to: https://my-website/username/?profile tab=main

When I rollback to version: 2.8.6, then the edit button works again and redirects to: https://my-website/user/name/?um_action=edit

BuddyPress Members page not working in Astra

I set BuddyPress to not show members to users who are logged out. But I see for logged out users, when they go to the Members page, it loads ad infinitum with the login form showing again and again, as you can see here.

When I switch to a default WordPress theme, this problem goes away.

Issues with Members page translations

Hi,

I’m finding some strings in Members page that I’m not able to translate

I’m using Loco Translate plugin, and so far i was able to translate multiple strings in different pages and forms to a second language. Few days ago i detected a string that was not being able to translate and a bug was open (reference ticket here).

Today i have found additional strings in Members page that are not being translated. I find the strings in Loco Translate plugin, I apply the translated string but when selecting the language in my website the translation does not come, it shows in english (original language).

The strings with that i’m not able to translate are:
“We are sorry. We cannot find any users who match your search criteria.”
“{total_users} Member”
“{total_users} Members”

Could you please investigate and help me out here?

We don’t need to have a members page on our site.
Can we leave this blank on /wp-admin/admin.php?page=um_options ?

I have an issue with the members page – the profile pictures are showing as stretched and look weird. The cover photos are fine.

When you click on a member and it opens their profile page the profile picture is fine, it is just how it appears on the members page.

I’ve looked at settings and CSS and can’t see where the issue is.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I have a problem, i think i’m not the first to have it. I have the last version of Ultimate Member, but I still have the problem of endless loop on the members page.

I’m planning to have my website finished asap to start to promote it next monday, I hope the issue could be fixed until then.

I need to show “GENDER” Field in the FILTER BAR on MEMBERS DIRECTORY PAGE and I try, try, and try, and not working.
All the fields work perfectly but just that one, I can’t see or use it.

My members page only appears when you are an administrator, otherwise only the search fields are visible
How can I do to make the page visible to everyone ?
