I used the plugin to increase the max upload size to 256MB. So now I can select a bigger file as intended, however, I get the following error during the upload:
Unexpected response from the server. The file may have been uploaded successfully. Check in the Media Library or reload the page.
The file isn’t in the media library unfortunately – the upload seems to have failed.
What could be the issue?
Thanks!
So far I love your plugin, but just have a few issues or concerns if you can tweak them out. First I cannot change Maximum File Size for a Single Image. It is totally stuck at one, which alot of photos coming in are anywhere between 2 to 3 MB. Is there any way we can change that and how?
Second, is there a way to set both horizontal and vertical photos into one up… would love to take out the cropping feature, and just the people upload the photos to me without cropping it so they can send both horizontal and vertical images to me.
Please help.
Sincerely
Nicholas
I am working on a customer’s wordpress site on which I would like to upload media.
So far, the site has been fed with smaller images (<300kb, <700px size).
Now, the page is supposed to be fed with larger images (up to 3mb, up to 3000px in width).
Unfortunately, when I upload the images WordPress returns “http error” and the pictures displayed as usual in the media library. Rather than a thumbnail, I get to see the grey file symbol.
The files are not entirely “broken”, I can open the images with the usual link to the upload folder. I can embed in posts but when I try to use them in a plugin called “master slider”, they are not recognized.
The file permissions of these images is 644. The maximum file size allowed is 64mb.
Is there a possible solution for my problem?
Kind regards,
Felix
I noticed a few small bugs:
1. When the “maximum picture size” field is blank, the plugin causes a php error. If you can make the field *required on the admin page, it will stop this happening.
2. The “Keep outside links” option doesn’t work. For example when this option is checked and an image link is posted inside a “a href” tag, the a href tag is still removed.
3. Is it possible to keep the “alt” entry with the new uploaded image? So when is posted, the new URL for the local image will also have alt=”Hello”

I’m running on WordPress version 3.9.2.
I’m trying to upload a video onto the Home Page of my new Web Site, but when I try to do so through the “Add Media” button, I see a message stating “Maximum upload file size 8mb.” The video that I want to upload is larger than this, so how can I increase the maximum size of the files that I can upload?
Thanks.

I’m using your Plugin Contact Form 7 with a field which allows to front-users to upload video files.
We are expecting to support front-users to upload video files up to 500MBs.
Could you please confirm to me your plugin supports that size? We will configure the server to allow it, but we want to confirm the plugin will work.
Thanks in advance!
