Can’t get anyone for support. Help!

I first opened a ticket after I purchased a premium subscription but didn’t get license keys for any of the add-ons and can’t find where to enter the main plug-in license key. That was a few days ago and I want to get rid of the error about licenses.

I opened another ticket today because the settings say to sign up on openshare.com but when I click the sign up button on their site I get an internal error. I tried contacting them, but their contact form is broken. I tried visiting the link to their Twitter account and their account has been suspended. So what do I do for share counts if the old sharedcount service doesn’t work and openshare is MIA?

I really like this plug-in, but if support doesn’t respond it won’t be worth the money. Can anyone here help me?

Crashes on PHP 8 (and a problem with Pinterest)

Thanks to an update, the plugin no longer crashes your site if you’re using PHP8.

Pinterest issue remains unresolved after nearly a year. I don’t think the developer has tested what happens when you try to pin a custom Pinterest image. Pinterest does not recognize how MashShare serves the custom Pinterest image. We have moved on to another plugin after being a licensed (paying) customer since 2015.

Hello all,

Our social headlines (social media title) – created in MashShare setting before publishing a post – are no longer working.

The past few weeks our short headlines have not been carrying over and Facebook is using our post title instead.

Could someone please help as this is not ideal for us. Sharing stories is becoming hard now because of this fault.

Share count when using url=”siteURL” shows incorrect count

When using the shortcode [mashshare url=”https://url”], Mashshare shows the share count for the current page rather than the one being shared. I think it should be pulling the share count from the page referenced in the url variable. Anyone else experiencing this?

Value of mashsb_jsonshares shows error

I’ve got Mashshare set up with Sharedcount. I entered my API key into the Mashshare plugin and added my domain to the whitelist. However, one of my posts keeps showing this error in the custom field mashsb_jsonshares:

It seems like my other posts/pages are working and updating fine. They are all on the same whitelisted domain. Does anyone know why this one won’t work?
