Hello everyone,

I have got an issue with Maps Builder extention.
Today I set this extention (API and other stuff), it works.
When I come back on my website and try to choose a placemark Google do nothing.
Normally when I start to write “FR” google propose me the localisation “France”.
And if I write “France” Google do nothing, even if I tap on the keyboard “Enter” I have a message (“Autocomplete’s returned place contains no geometry”).
I don’t know what can I do. I already use this extention for another website and I never have this issue.

Not lining up on mobile

The map is not lining up or showing the markers when viewing on mobile. I have to drag it over to view the markers. How can I get the markers to show without needed to drag and find?

SiteOrigin plugin conflict with Maps Builder

Hey,

My maps were not showing at frontend (blank space). I identified that when siteorigin plugin is disabled, the maps show.

BUT.. I am using the site-origin editor for my pages and posts, so when it is disabled, i cannot edit pages this way.. How can i solve this issue while keeping bot plugins active?

Popup conflicts

Hi there,

Love using PopupMaker but the following bugs have appeared which if I can’t resolve will probably mean having to find an alternative sadly:

1) On opening a page to make any edits, the page layout is broken (paragraph breaks are automatically inserted in front and after the popup code); this means every time I open a page to make edits (visual or text) I then have to also fix the broken layout before exiting the page.
2) Where google maps are inserted on pages using Maps Builder plugin – when clicking the map, a popup opens over the top of the map.
3) All popups stop working when using TablePress plugin.

Maps Builder – Maps, marker name and addresses not loading

I am using Maps builder with Idolcorp theme by ThemeIdol. When I edit my maps, I can view the streets but the address and marker name do not show. The marker is visible though. When I click view map, only the marker appears on a grey background, the streets do not show. Clicking the marker for details, the details keep loading but without displaying.

I have tried reading similar posts and following advice given, such as disabling all other plugins but I still get same results. I have also changed theme to Twenty Sixteen – the map shows but the details still keep loading. I have a Google Map API key installed.

May you please help? Thank you in advance.

Limit to the number of maps I can have?

I’m using Maps Builder version 2.0.1

At the moment I’m creating 70+ landing pages for a service I offer, with 45 of them published. Today I ran into a problem of not seeing a few maps I created today in the drop down menu within my widgets. Is there a limit to the number of maps I can create using the free version?

After having gone through the API Key setup 3 times, I was about to give up and move on. But the “Aries / Italian” in me just wouldn’t have it. If the google map isn’t showing up in the backend, try recreating an API Key via the usual steps, but leave the referrer blank. That’s what worked for me. I wasn’t sure where to post this, so I put it in the support tab for anyone else having problems. Big thanks for the plugin Google Maps Builder plugin team.

Plugin conflict with Yoast SEO

Hi,

Unfortunately, I appear to be experiencing a Maps Builder plugin conflict with Yoast SEO.

I am unable to replicate the issue with any other plugins – I’ve tested both locally and live and get the same result when I try to add a new marker – the page simply refreshes after a few seconds.

I’ve disabled all other plugins to test the problem in isolation and also switched to a default theme, the result is consistent.

I’m obviously surprised that I’m the only person who has so far reported this problem, so hold some hope that there is another solution. Obviously it is going to be difficult to resolve which of my favourite plugins to use if there is no fix.

Anyone else seeing this behaviour? Many thanks in advance for your support.
