I find TranslatePress to be a great choice for our website! We needed a solution for a comprehensive translation of all elements, even the hidden ones. TP really thinks of everything and manual translation takes place on the front end, which is very clear. The plugin seems to me to be very well thought out and tested. Very good translation plugin but has a couple of quirks

I like TranslatePress. It runs smoothly in the background, doesn’t give problems and the autotranslation is awesome since it translates everything on the page including the images and meta.

I find TranslatePress works really well for automation translation but not so well if you actually have translators manually translating or semi-manually translating (from the automatic translation).

Since it’s a string translator it’s quite cumbersome to translate with since it doesn’t just break the article into individual paragraphs (that alone can make translation time-consuming) but it also breaks individual paragraphs up every time there’s an italic, bold, link, etc. As you can imagine those come up a lot in articles, so you’re having to move through many different strings.

Text in “elementor” plugin is also being translated.

When open the page for the translation and edit it with elementor. The text inside the plugin also gets translated. This was not the case in the previous translations.

Dear team,

When I try to translate the page all of the content was not visible. Only two lines are visible. Where as the page which I am trying to translate the page has a lot more.

There is also some content missing from header.

In translate press I cant go to different page.

I am using translate press plugin for manual translation.
when I click on my service link go to my services page, but the page reloads and shows me the home page.

SHOP PAGE:
“Refine products” “price range” “sort by” “show.

If you hover over the price of the products, the price become an eye and a heart; I’d like to translate in italian the words mouseover “quick view” and “add to wiskhlist”

With Weglot you can make manual translation.

You start by default with some automatic translations but all translation is manually editable. Just go in your Weglot account and you will find all translations. Then edit it as you want and it will automatically change on your website. Simply refresh your website and you will see your manual translation

i’ve seen many wordpress plugins for this but they do not work well they do automatic translation and translate admin panel page — i dont want this..
what i need to do is manual translation on wordpress pages/posts and have a url rewriting on the site eg. site.tld/en/post/ (english), site.tld/es/post/ (spanish),etc
im looking for something that enables manual translation and use URL rewriting eg. site.tld/CC/post/ where CC is country code..
so, i ask if there is some src code to enable manual translation of the pages/posts with URL rewriting enabled or some good plugin that i can use?

Hi, thanks for the great plugin, I have an issue: what do you mean by “You need to translate woocommerce pages by yourself”? I have English as default and my clients can translates the cart, checkout etc texts to German, but I am not sure where to add them. The cart page, for example, is done with the shortcode [woocommerce_cart], I used the same for the German version…I am maybe missing something very simple, but as I could not find hints online a suggestion from you would be greatly appreciated!

Cannot translate manually

Hi Robert,
how are you? This is Elio Mondello owner of the website mondosol.com where we have installed your Google Translate Plugin. Congratulation for the great work and wonderful plugin, we are very thankful.
In fact we are having just one issue with it.

We don’t manage to improve the translation manually. We have installed the code and place it in the header. When we are logged in with our Google account we can edit the translation but is not changing instantly like it should since I am one of the editor. Can you suggest something or help with it?
