I seem to be having an issue with the vendor onboarding form. After a recent update in the past few months (not sure which one), the upload button for attaching KYC documents is missing. Result is that I cannot onboard anymore vendors. Woocommerce Mangopay plugin health shows it is fine.

So far, so predictable.
But after that the order gets cancelled within the same minute. And as far as I read the documentation, this should only happen if the customer or administrator cancel the order, which is not the case. Here is the added order note entry:
Bestellung vom Kunden storniert. Status der Bestellung von Fehlgeschlagen auf Storniert/Abgebrochen ge?ndert.

Since this happened quite a lot (e.g. if a credit card has not activated 3D Secure) and the customers successfully booked right the failed/cancelled order I don’t think any of them actively cancelled a failed order.
If they were able to pay for a failed order, it could be completed without creating a new order number and generating new e-mails and such.
Is this a bug? How can the cancelled order state be prevented in such a case?

Since this happened quite a lot (e.g. if a credit card has not activated 3D Secure) in the very second and the customers booked right after I cannot see a reason why they should’ve actively cancelled a failed order. If the are able to pay for a failed order it can get completed instead of creating new order numbers for the same.
Is the behaviour as planned? How can the cancelled order state be prevented in such a case? Does this stem from Woocommerce or the payment gateway?
]]>Previously, we were able to refund (in woocommerce) directly using Mangopay.
Now, the possibility is gone and we can only refund manually..
Any idea how we can get this feature set up?

In check_company_number_patterns($company_number) function a check is given for a fixed number of digits.
Thus, validation will fail if a company number contains 2-3 letters + 4 or 5 numbers or 2-3 letters + 4 or 5 numbers + 1-2 letters.
This validation is required for companies in Germany. Without an adjustment of the validation function a commercial use of this plug-in is not possible for german companies.
Fix the validation method or insert an hook. BTW: I need these changes in short time.
