On further investigation I’ve discovered that ALL of my 119 galleries show the same problem:
When in Edit Gallery only 40 thumbnails show and the rest are just blank squares with no information or editing capabilities. As a rule the 40 thumbnails are from more recently added images.
I am using the Twenty Sixteen theme.
PHP 7.3 is installed on my Fasthosts server.
I also tried using Microsoft Edge instead of Firefox. No difference.
I am using Windows 10 with 18GB RAM.
I also tried Windows 7.
Media Library says it contains 11490 items.
I tried disabling all other plugins except:
Robo Gallery 2.8.32
Robo Gallery Key 1.3
Robo Gallery Key 1.5
Gutenberg
Classic Editor
Can you confirm these are the correct Robo Gallery plugin versions I’m using?
I would be grateful for any suggestions of things to try
]]>Only the most recent images show in Manage Images. Typically the bottom 2 or 3 rows have thumbnails but anything before that is represented by blank squares. I asked for help from within the plugin and attached screenshots showing the problem.
]]>I did not see all thumbnails in the Image Manager in Backend, it has empty placeholders for images. I can’t understand why. Do you have an idea why?
]]>I have been searching my socks of for this, but can’t find a clue anywhere.
I’m using Woocommmerce and WP all Import / Woocommerce addon plugins
Reason for this combo is that i’m importing / updating 300+ products everyday. Everthing works perfectly but I’m having a hard time with Managing the Product images.
When deleting a product(s) non of the productimages (the 5 imagesizes that are generated per productimage) are deleted form the WP Uploads folder.
I.e.
I Delete a product, no images are deleted.
I head off to the Media Library, see the unattached image and voila: I delete the image over there. But…still all the other 5 variations are on the FTP.
How can I delete all these images?
Keep in mind, sometimes I want to delete 100+ products and there images.
Hope that somebody can help me out with a tip or a link.
Cleaning up 100+ x 5 images or more every month takes a lot of time and there’s a big risk I delete images that are still begin used:S
Thanks!
Cheers,
Don
