I request an urgent answer, my boss needs this fixed ASAP.
]]>First of all, I’ve set up my wordpress page though Hostinger’s helper that came with the domain purchase, wich created several automatic pages and installed a few pluggins. This could be interfering with LightStart’s functioning.
Later than I’ve wanted to put up a maintenance page, downloaded LightStart and the page maintenance page just wouldn’t show up. I’ve already cleared the cache. Hostinger’s maintenance page, activated through hostinger’s control panel on the other hand, does show up when activated. This may be overriding any other plugin actions on that matter.
I don’t know if there’s any resolve to that, since I’ve liked a lot LightStart’s functions.
I’ve tried to deactivate Hostinger’s plugins but still, it doesn’t work. I can’t even visualize the maintenance page from the LightStart’s editor page.
The variations disappeared from the product edit page, the texts of the descriptions were changed to white color (only in the editor). In the product page the “Quick Edit” button stopped working and in the order page all the buttons are obsolete, I can’t preview my orders or put shipping guides and generate invoices.
At the beginning the problems were only in the back end, but as the days go by more errors appear, now they have been transferred to the front end, when they try to make a purchase it shows that the purchase is not complete, but it does charge their cards.
Solutions applied without success:
We downgraded the version of woocommerce to version 7.9.0, that solved the problem of variations, but everything else persisted.
We downgraded the wordpress version from 6.3 to 6.2, but it didn’t solve anything.
Finally resigned, we tried to restore the last backup we made, but at the time of making the backup we got the following error: “Error: TypeError: Failed to fetch”.
We do not know what else we can do, we do not want to reinstall wordpress from scratch or reinstall plugins that would remove many configurations.
]]>We have decided to bypass the need to translate our site into multiple languages for now, and want to lessen the load and delete extra plugins. TranslatePress is among them.
I have followed two guides on how correctly perform this procedure, but by the end of both my other plugins stop functioning and I get multiple errors. Not to mention my OAuth and SSO stop working
Any help in this regard is much appreciated.
]]>march 2024 edit: the malfunction is still on… Dear Mr. Tellado, could you solve this problem? It would be a huge help, I still have an old version (0.9.31) and would like to be able to update the plugin without a hitch. Thanks a lot
]]>Amazing plugin. Been using it for years!
However, recently (as quite some time I didn’t handle project management so not using it too) I tried to create new project and I was trying to set Start and End Date, but it’s not working as in clicking the date “box” have no response (expected “Calendar” will pop up and allow me to select date?)
I even tried to insert date manually but cannot.
I tried to disabled everything but Project Panorama (conflict test), still the same.
I observed when editing the project page (backend), console have multiple errors which I believe related to plugin? (correct me if I’m wrong):

]]>I made a Gravity form for customers to download an e-book. However, after submitting the form, there is no confirmation in edge and chrome (every now and then it does work, but I don’t know). It works perfectly in Firefox. I’ve also found another contact form on the website that was there before I started working here and it has the same problem.
Everything is built in the gravity form builder, and with the default confirmation page (no condition). Only a small CSS for the submit button to have a different color (I also removed it to check if something was wrong, it worked in Chrome then, but not in Edge).
Thank you!
]]>downloading something from my shop page is not possible with download from archive enabled. The button text changes but the link is going to the single product page and then I can download. I’m sure you can tell me how we can fix this
