And then I’ve tried like 800 times to insert the Inline Code where I want it and when I do I cannot update, when I try and click on the Update Column button it does nothing unless I click on it twice and then the field just closes (dissapears), Heres the code for that:

I’ve deactivated Wordfence, that’s done nothing, I’ve shown this to WordPress and Flodesk people and they’re stumped. I’ve tried do thin in both Safari and Chrome. What should I do to get this to work?

The social icons display while editing the customizer but disappear after I publish and close the customizer – not showing up in the theme.

If I go back to the customizer the links are saved but the icons don’t show until I edit the links in some way (like deleting and re-adding characters). When I publish and close the customizer, they all disappear again.

The links are to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and RSS feed. They are all correctly linking to pages that exist.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? What could I try to fix it?

I want to show the gallery in reverse order – latest first. It is only possibly to add a new image to the end of the gallery items rather than at the start, so I have to manually drag them to the top before saving. We have added over 200 images to one page, hence it gets quite time consuming and fiddly adding images. I wondered if there is any way to add a filter or something to my child theme to change the order to descending.

And yes, once I figure out which file to edit, I’ll make a copy and put it in the child theme, for all the obvious reasons.

I am using the Make theme for my sites. On my test site I updated the Make Theme and lost all of my customisations. I have learnt (the hard way) about child themes! I am looking at my live site and making the changes back on the test site to align them.

On the test site, I now have the logo and the menus on the same horizontal line. What I want is, as per live site, the logo centred and the menus centred below the logo.

Any ideas please?

I installed the Make theme yesterday and I started to get this error message (for multiple items):

I don’t know anything about code. Is there a way to fix this without coding? Alternatively, is there a simple document explaining what to do for non-developers?
