I have a main site and one other site. If I create a user in the other site, there doesn’t seem to be any way to allow this user to modify anything at the network level like add a new theme. Even when I grant the user all rights as an admin and give it super-admin status. It would fail with “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page” if I’m incognito and if I’m logged in regularly, it goes to the main page login. It would seem that to do network “stuff”, the user needs to be registered in the main site. True/False?
Thanks

I have tried rolling back PHP to 7.3.x instead of the 7.4.x.
I have tried on a different Siteground account with the same results.
Does anyone know if something changed at Siteground where these are being allowed to be installed anymore?
Here’s a screenshot of
highlighted, showing a section of the content not included. https://prnt.sc/f6kOgpx-jv_S
In the adjust settings, the author box gets added mid-content and the part outside of the main box gets duplicated. https://prnt.sc/loHyN-RJ-cDG
Most of the content is inside the article as should be https://prnt.sc/n7vEikgdUTV0 but it ends before the main which ends before the actual end of the article and main content.
I’m not sure what else to add, I hope the images explains the issue properly.
I am using Elementor (Pro), but this image here is with it all disabled, showing that isn’t the culprit. https://prnt.sc/taSomVmllJAR
Anyone who can help? Thanks
I want to create a physical divider in my shop page, in which it would divide categories and products. I’d like something similar that I used on the homepage: Screenshot
Currently, the shop page looks like this.
How could I do this? I can’t do it the same way as I did on the homepage, because you can’t edit the shop page with Elementor.
Kind regards
Like I wrote in the title, I want to add a banner to a specific product in the main shop page – something like a wrap at a 45° angle.
I tried to just add a banner on the image I used for the thumbnail, but it doesn’t look good, because the images are smaller.
The best attempt I had is to use background-image: url in CSS, but the thing is, that I need the background image to be in front of the actual thumbnail image.
I tried with z-index, but it doesn’t do anything.
I think the problem would also be, that I don’t know how big the image would actually have to be if I did it like that.
What would be the best approach for me?
Kind regards
I have a wp-website and I am using Sydney theme with Polylang.
I have some problems after Wp and Polylang plugin update to the latest version.
I have a multilanguage page and a Hero slider with 4 sliders.
I have had all my slider text and button text translated, but now it shows me the primary language on all sliders when I change to different language, the translations on my page view do not show up (there are visible translated texts for each slider in Languages/String translations). And also when I go to String translation I can not check or uncheck the box next to the translation group, except for the “Cookie Notice” group.
I have 4 string Groups in my filters (Languages/String translations):
– wordpress-seo
– sydney
– WordPress
– Cookie Notice
I had, and still have, all translations for all groups, but after the latest Sydney and Wp update, I can not check or uncheck the box next to the translation group, except for the “Cookie Notice” group.
Thank you for your time & your help,
Best regards
How do I get the slider image to show full width as it was before? For some reason its changed but I can’t work out where to correct this? I’m still learning/newish to wordpress. As you will see from the website link its now contained and also goes behind some of the content. Before it ended before the content.
Thanks
Mark
