I am getting an error 503 Service Unavailable even after purchasing a dedicated IP. I have generated the API 3 times. The same API works on local installation of wordpress ( php 7.4, apache).

I communicated with Mail Chimp and they confirmed the domain is not blocked and everything is ok from their end.

The hosting company says it will resolve itself!!

I have changed to php8.2 on the live site and checked if cUrl is installed and i get it enabled and version 8.1.2 .

But i still get the same error.

Seems like the Mail-chimp Integration doesn’t work on this plugin. When I enter the API it gives me an error saying the API key is invalid but when the same API key is used in Elementor it works perfectly.

Hello, in my form i need to collect which university someone has applied for but this list would be way too long so i have split it up by city. Once a city is selected it will show only the universities within that city.

I need to be able to populate just 1 column with the users selection of university rather than each set of universities being in a different column.

Ideally i think i do need the field names to be different so the data can be passed through mailchimps api and tagged so i can send a different email to people who chose different universities. (If anyone has a better work around for this then great).

But for now the main issue would be that the database (sheets) that stores the information would be too inefficient to work with because the university selection would be across 20+ columns not just 1.

Subscribed user on Mailchimp could not update profile

I’m using our Easy form to let users subscribe. It is linked to Mailchimp API and stored info there.

But when those users received notification about the subscription from Mailchimp, they could not update their profile.

Checked with Mailchimp side, and they detected the code from the profile update section has been customized compared to their default one.

Pls help me doublecheck the info sending from our plugin.

Mailchimp API not pulling all emails

We set up a pop up for email (Mailoptin Campaign) and linked it to Mailchimp API. We can see that there are 10 subscribers but only 1 of the email addresses has come through to the Audience in MailChimp. Is there something we need to refresh here? We have the lite version of the pop-up so aware we cannot see leads list in the WP CMS but I did not see anything about an API call limit? This is an urgent issue as these emails are linked to a website launch.

We have recently updated the plug in and it has broken the link between mailchimp and the form capture on our site. It is coming up with the following error We’ve encountered an error. No list ID was sent. i have tried clearing the mailchimp cache and deactivating the plugin but it has not fixed it. We have tried to reinstate the old plugin, this hasnt worked either.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hello and thank you for this plugin.

I have a problem with one of the widgets that is included in the stylepress plugin.

This widget is ” Email subscribe”

While I set it up correctly ( Mailchimp API, List ID, etc) it will return with ” Missing Mailchimp API Details”

While i know the api works as if I add the api to another widget or my contact form it does work.

Do you know how to fix this issue?

Sync custom merge fields?

Does the plugin have any plans on being able to sync custom merge fields? The website I’m working on sells insurance policies so it’d be great if we were able to sync the insurance cover end dates to MailChimp so that we know when to email them regarding their renewals. We are already succeeding with this, but we’re doing it via a custom plugin that runs on cron every night so it’s a bit of a pain really.
