I have tried adding an HTML field to the form and changing the internal html through the script with something like:

}

Then in the form’s notification configuration I specify that the email contains only the {html-x} field but the email continues to be sent without the changes that the script made to the field.

I also tried with an input field normally and previewField.value = previewHTML worked but the problem is that everything is saved as plain text and the html tags do not work.

What solution can you recommend, what hooks do you think could help me get what I need?

I bought the pro, I activated the setting but there is no notification (I use Dokan Marketplace and I need customers and seller to be able to have the notifications). I am trying the free version of BetterPayment.

In the BetterPayment block in the Elementor editor, under “Email Settings” I set “Send as” to “Plain” and the code is sent as is.

I am trying the free version of BetterPayment.

In the BetterPayment block in the Elementor editor, I went to “Email Settings” -> switch to the Customer tab -> under “Attachment” I selected a PDF file. (because it said “Allowed file types: jpg, jpeg, png, pdf” at the bottom)

However, when I uploaded the PDF from the media library, no thumbnail was displayed, so I either clicked the “Select” button or specified the URL using “Insert from URL”.

With this setting, I checked the operation, but the PDF was not attached to the email.

Other image files were able to be attached.

Is PDF attachment not available for now?

When using Paypal, I have found that the transaction email is not sent unless the customer presses the “return to shopping site” button on the Paypal screen after payment and returns to the Thank You page.

In other words, once you close the screen on the Paypal screen, you will not receive an email from BetterPayment with the transaction details.

Perhaps the email is sent starting from the display of the Thank You page, but very often customers close the PayPal screen and do not return to the shopping site.
