How can we give access to the Mail log for Editor roles?
]]>I’ve had a recent issue with my contact forms not sending emails to the nominated email address. The enquiries inexplicably stopped sending to my email address. I have fixed this now and the enquiries are being received again, but I lost a large quantity of enquiries during the period it was broken and didn’t have the Flamingo plugin installed.
I suspect it was a server issue, blocking the send of these emails because they appeared to be masked. Is there a way to access a log on the server (it’s on Siteground hosting) to somehow to access PHP Mailer logs, so I can manually retrieve the details of each enquiry?
]]>I use WP-Mail-Logging in version 1.9.5 on WordPress 5.3. My website is shop.hellriegel.com.
I am admin of this page and I changed the minimal role for mail log to “edit order (its woocommerce)”.
Since then the entry wp-mail-log is hidden to me as admin and to all other rights.
Does anyone have an idea, how I can fix this? My attempt was to find the entry in my database but I havent found the table of wp-mail-logging.
Thanks for any answer!
Dominik
I’m attempting to search by email address in the log but getting empty search results; however, if I scroll down far enough, I can see an email to the specific email address for which I’m looking.
Post SMTP Mailer/Email Log Version: 2.0.2
WordPress Version: 4.9.10
Any ideas?
Thanks,
John
Great plugin, works great. Using it with googles smtp-relay. One think I’m missing is a log over sent messages and wether any of the mail sent have failed.
I’ve tried a mail logging plugin but didn’t log any of the mail sent with this plugin. (Used it before with other smtp plugins and worked then)
Do you have a log plugin you know works with this plugin?
Thanks!
