You getting this message because an error detected while delivered your email.
For the domain: mydomain.com
The log to paste when you open a support issue:
This email has empty body
When I disable the plugin, the email is delivered. In the log, the email content is visible, so it is not an empty body. I have tried via SMTP, Google API, Sendinblue, and with both PHPMailer and POST SMTP options. All give this error.
I do not get any error and the email gets delivered if the plugin is deactivated. I even get the error when the plugin is active and set to default.
What can be the solution to this issue?
Thanks!
]]>Hello
Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Official Facebook Pixel.
First, visit your website and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught and check for any visible issues.
Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.
If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.
To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.
When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 5.3.2
Current theme: SSchool (version 1.0)
Current plugin: Official Facebook Pixel (version 2.0.0)
PHP version 7.2.28

Somehow this works great for me on my localhost and even on a live staging site setup the exact same way as the live site. Driving me crazy why this won’t work on the live site. Please Help!!
Thank you

]]>I read on the website this could be due to a few things.
you are on a local server (localhost)
recipient’s email address is invalid
there’s a special character in the subject
there’s a special character in the sender/receiver information
the subject line is too long
the bounce address you specified is not accepted by your server
you already sent too many emails
Everything on this list is correct, and nothing changed from last week when this was working properly..
When i go to the “Settings” and view “Send With…” i have PHP Mail Selected, and when i send a test mail this way it says everything is fine, and i receive the test mail. What would be the cause of this?
This i the free version, but i’m not going to upgrade to premium if even the basics of the plugin does not work for me.
Thank You

]]>After several test form submissions, only one made it through.
All submissions sent to e-mails at our domain are not making it through. However when sent to a personal Gmail account, it was received right away.
I have the site mirrored at this point as we already have a website but I’m building a new one. I’m not sure if that’s confusing the form… I can’t see why it would.
Any ideas or suggestions?

]]>My form Contact Form 7 works perfectly for over 10 months. But for some days, I get an error message every attempt to send. This error message is wrapped with a red border.
After reading the documentation (https://contactform7.com/faq/after-Submitting-the-form-i-get-an-error-message/) it seems that this is related to a problem with the mail server. But I never changed the configuration of the server and after a test of the mail () function in PHP I get emails from the server so it seems to be working fine. I also updated Contact Form 7 to the latest version but this didn’t solved the problem.
Do you have an idea for an additional thing I need to check, or do you had a similar problem? It’s very important for me to solve this problem as soon as possible because I use Contact Form 7 for booking restaurant tables.
Thank you for your help!
