After the new update the flipbooks don’t load. I tried using different browsers and cache has been cleared multiple times. I’m trying to download the older version of the plugin but it’s not available?

Bad image quality

Hi,
I am currently using your free version of the plugin, which works pretty good.

Unfortunately, we are facing issues with the quality of the background image of the VR-Stand.
We tried multiple things:
– Different formats (WEBP, JPG)
– Different qualities > up to 2560 x 1515 px (but the plugin seems to resize the image)

Do we have to get the paid version to enhance the background quality, or is there something else that we could do?

Any help is welcome.

Zip files created in MacOs stopped working in WordPress 6.4.3

Any zip file for a WordPress plugin created in macOS has stopped working in the latest version of WordPress 6.4.3, when I upload the zip file I get an “Incompatible Archive.” error, the same zip files are working in v6.4.2.
I know zip files created in macOS include an extra __macfilename folder but that was never a problem before.
How to produce error –
Download any plugin on macOS such as Akismet unzip and zip again it won’t upload on WordPress 6.4.3

Cookie-Banner showing up with strange CSS in Safari when Abblocker is active

i have some serious problem, that is only happening in safari on macOS. When I have the ad-blocker active, which is a standard feature in safari.When I turn it off, the cookie-banner looks fine.

Trackpad Macbook

Hi,

I have got a problem with one of my websites. The horizontal scrolling works perfectly with my mouse, but when I use the Macbook trackpad, it goes way quicker and it feels laggy. There is also no way of scrolling horizontally with the trackpad, it only works when scrolling vertically.

Do you have a fix for this problem ?

Safari 15.4 display issue on MacOS 12.3

Hi,

We have the Neve theme installed on [ redundant link removed ]

I recently updated to macOS Monterey 12.3 and Safari 15.4 and following the update I have an issue with the theme not displaying properly.

I have spoken to WordPress.com support and been though a whole bunch of fixes and it appears this fixed the issue for me:

“Could you check your browser settings? You should have a section for Advance > Experimental Features. From there you can deactivate the options for lazy loading.

I have since spoken to WordPress.com and they have recommended I reach out to you and they have passed it onto their team.

WordPress support have also said that they have been able to replicate the issue running MacOS 12.3 and Safari 15.4 and going onto the site. So other users of [ redundant link removed ] who have updated their MacBook’s will encounter the same issue.

Customizer broken in Safari 15.1

The Customizer isn’t working with Safari 15.1 due to an jquery error. Tried a fresh install of WP 5.8.1 with only standard theme active. Other Chrome based browsers are still working well. The following error occurs:

Bug: macOS color picker opens but clicking any swatch does nothing

Hi,

great viewer + editor!

I am considering your plugin on my portfolio site as a UX designer, for detailed tooltips on certain sections of screen designs / mockups, etc.

I have tested the Image Map Pro Editor.

Everything worked fine except the color picker. With that not working, the product is defacto useless. A blocker bug, so to speak.

Environment:
– Safari 14.1.1
– macOS 11.4 Big Sur

Reproduction:
1) Click on a color field. Regardless where:
a) In the inline tooltip editor
b) The inspector pane on the right for default style or mouseover style
c) The bug is the same everywhere
2) This opens the OS specific color picker (in my case macOS)
a) First the predefined color palette opens -> Click any swatch there -> Nothing.
b) Click the “Show Colors…” at the bottom -> The color window opens, with the different of color pickers (with a tabbed navigation: Color Wheel, Color Sliders, Color Palettes, Image Palettes, Pencils). -> None of them works.
c) Your custom saved colors palette on the bottom -> None of them work either.
