Aitrillion is a great app to add to your store. It gives you many premium features you want on your store. Normally we would need about 8 different plugins to get the same results which has a very bad effect on your page speed. The support from AiTrillion is amazing and have been for a long time. They respond quickly and get the things done that you need within hours. I’m very satisfied and would highly recommended it.

Shout out to the support team, and the developers in creating this masterpeice of a plugin. It is very feature rich, and has a lot of fuctionality that plays well with other plugins and aspects of creating a membership program. The support team was outstanding in responding to my requests, as I did have some unique requests based on my use. Specifically, my use case was to adapt a membership basis for a paid loyalty program (we don’t collect points) – where we can offer invites to private events, promotional items and discounts on our products in Woo-commerce, for only paid / logged in members, and have the ability to function both online and used within physical stores. This was by far the best solution and works perfectly as intended. Well done!

Now I already have another loyalty program on my site, but I want to replace it with your plugin. The question is, can you help me or add an option to add points for purchases for previous purchases by my customers. This way I can save them points from the last plugin.

But when users start earn loyalty points and use it, calculation is not working. Points doesn’t substract from the user balance. Please help me ASAP

I have this plugin installed on a couple of sites and they look great! The customization options available in this plugin allows me to make each site look unique and personalized. I’ve had some issues, but the customer service is fast and very good at getting my issues resolved. My only request is that they would find a way to have a loyalty discount for those of us that are long-term customers that renew every year. This would make an already good plugin even better!

I am currently researching their Reward Points plugin and its seems pretty good even at the Free level. The Pro version obviously has more features and I suppose most are fairly well thought out. I did find some logical thinking errors but nothing that they cant or wont fix (I did chat with Fazie) and he was very clear that either these changes / updates were already in development or will be very shortly.

I am willing to take him on face value since he was very open about current shortcomings of the plugin – and it has only a couple that I saw and that too because its something I particularly want – but this plugin is extremely good in its Free avatar but I’ll have a more detailed review of that when I have used it more.

GREAT support and AMAZING plugin.

Gratisfaction is an amazing plugin, it does more than i expected and it is totally customizable(user levels, challenges, points for any action, quiz, shares, page visits, etc…) The support is awesome, they replied to my emails very quickly and answered all my questions(i had many). If you have any doubt about my words just send them an email and you’ll see. Plus (really essential to me) many things shows that they are going to take good care of the plugin and implement new elements in the near future. Just test them out, you’ll be glad you did

I am seeking help on a plugin that will allow online buyers to accumulate reward points for their purchases and redeem them for gifts from an online catalogue.

I’m building a new Woocommerce-based website for my client at https://www.adghairextensions.com to replace her non-WordPress site.

Her existing site has a reward points system. E.g. if someone purchases this item (https://www.adghairextensions.com.au/product_detail.php?id=87), she will gain 100 points.

The points can be accumulated and used to redeem for gifts at this page: https://www.adghairextensions.com.au/award.php .

I have been searching for a WP plugin/combination of plugins/anything that can perform similiar function as what she has requested. But so far, I have only come across plugins that allow customers to redeem reward points for discounts made in future purchases during checkout.

I would need something that enables users to check the points they have accumulated (e.g. through the My Account page of WooCommerce), go to the Gift Catalogue page where they can choose their gifts and redeem their reward points. The plugin should be able to check if the reward points are sufficient to redeem a particular gift, to give error messages if there are not enough points and to compute the points balance after redemption.

The user should be able to redeem points for gifts at any time and not only during the checkout process. The user can also choose to redeem points for discounts in future purchases.

I will greatly appreciate for recommendations of suitable plugin, combinations of plugins or modification of PHP files to achieve this functionality. Or maybe point me in the right direction, etc.
