For some strange reason, the login shortcode [profilegrid_login] shows up with a ‘Lost your password?’ link at the bottom, but the link is wrong. where can I edit this link, I can’t find any template?
I also tried Registration login shortcode [RM_Login], which I found the template/ place to edit — but same problem. I can’t see how to edit this ‘Lost your password?’ link
]]>When clicking the ‘Lost your password?’ link on the login page no message was being triggered to prompt people to check their email. Even so, the reset link was being sent.
The fix was to uncheck ‘Enable AJAX requests’ in TML’s General Settings and now a prompt is generated when the lost password link is clicked.
Is this correct? Should ‘Enable AJAX requests’ be unchecked?
Thanks!

]]>So when I goto to the dashboard page then the tutor native login page appears and when I click on the forgot password option then the tutor LMS default retrieves password page (https://tutormeet.academy/dashboard/retrieve-password/) opens and I can easily reset the password and after that, my account also works fine and every page open.
But when someone put the wrong password then at the top an error message appears to Lost your password and when I click on that option then the woo-commerce password reset page (https://tutormeet.academy/my-account/lost-password/) open and it also works fine in resetting the password and after that, I can able to login with the new password and it will redirect me to dashboard page and I can easily perform any action on the dashboard page but when I click on other pages like Home, about, contact, etc then it gives Error 503. Please check the attached screenshots
And My site shows this error until I do not delete the cookies from the browser. And once I clear the cookies the site is live again in that particular tab/browser.

]]>This is so frustrating to not able to login to my wordpress site using ANY account, I have multiple admin accounts and I can’t login with any.
I have tried to reset using “Lost your password” link or by going to cPanel and updating the password through database. Nothing worked. I have also renamed the plugins folder to deactivate them, but that didn’t solve the problem either. I also tried to create a brand new user from database, that didn’t work either.
I am stuck and my customers are asking for their photos, and I am not able to login to provide them any photo proofs.
Please HELP! Appreciate any help, I don’t want to loose customers.
]]>I would like to report an issue which I’m experiencing in the Lost your password links sent to the email from the login page.
To summarise the issue, when a user clicks on the “Lost your password” link of the WordPress login page, WordPress by default sends an email with a link which redirects to the website to set a new password. The problem is that in some mobile devices if the user clicks on the link sent by WordPress, this copy the last character “>” and causes a loop redirection which doesn’t allow the user to set a new password.
Please, could you look at it and let me know if you need further information.
Thanks,
Andrea
