Can’t access my web hosting anymore. Can I retrieve my domain?

Hi,
I lost any contact with my web hosting company.
I wanted to re-create my site by an other provider, but the wp install refuses my installation, as “An installation already exists at https://florence-gantois-hypnose.fr as per our records. To re-install the application please uninstall the existing installation!”
What can I do, since my previous hosting company hasn’t even been replying to my messages for 3 months?
Is my domain florence-gantois-hypnose.fr definitely lost?

Hi,
I lost my domain and cannot access to the content via mydomain/wp-admin.
Is there any other way to get to the admin panel and re-direct to my new domain?

So I built a site for someone who wasn’t paying attention to renewals and lost the domain.

However the site was on a server with a number of other sites I manage and I can still access the directory where the site is located as well as the database. Is it possible to do a new WordPress install and connect the site to old database?

Lost domain name, bought another but site won′t load

I lost my domain name tavernadigital.net
Now i bought tavernadigital.org and i want to put my site back online, already moved files with FileZilla to the new folder on the server (same server, same db, same install, just different domain)
But everytime i try to load the site with the new address, it ends up going back to tavernadigital.net, the old name.

I already forced change of the site url directly in the Database using phpmyadmin, tried to php define using the theme′s function.php, even tried using the wp_config method, but so far no luck.

The redirect options are settled correctly on Dreamhost: tavernadigital.net redirects to tavernadigital.org
Even so, the old [moderated] domain appears.

Lost domain 'Fatal Error'

Hi, I have a wordpress website that I have owned for about 3 years. Over the last 2 weeks I have decided to try and get it started again. For some reason the main site gives me an error message when I open it, it also will not let me into wp-admin to amend it. The error message reads:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Arras_Widget_Tag_Cloud::WP_Widget_Tag_Cloud() in /htdocs/public/www/wp-content/themes/arras/library/widgets.php on line 404

I have an additional part to the site which is .co.uk/hair for instance off the main .co.uk address and that works fine??? I can open in and get to the home page as well as logging in to wp-admin.

Not sure what to do from here. Thank you for any help.

How to batch edit old topics (replace text-links)

Hi everyone, please help me, i have problem.

I have a wordpress blog with domain (x), i used to use another domain but i lost it, so most of my topics/posts on my blog need to be changed in the content, namely, i have been changing the old domain link to the new domain link, and because i have many posts, it is taking all my time.

I wonder if there is a way to edit all posts in batch process, i just want to replace text, for example:

replace olddomainname.com with newdomainname.eu

I have been editing my posts one by one with notepad, i copy the text on the post, then paste it on notepad, and then i batch replace the text i want to replace, but i want to do it quickly to all my wordpress blog posts.

Do i have to edit the database, is that dangerous? Or is there another way or a safer way, please tell me if you know.

Lost my domain, now i can not login

Hi everyone, i have a big problem, please help in any way you can.

I had a domain (x), and my wordpress blog was registered with that domain, but i lost because i did not renew it in time for another year, so now it is lost.

Now i can not access my blog nor my admin panel because that domain does not work, so i registered a new domain (y), and i went to see if i could login now, but it does not let me, the old domain is down, so i can not login, i know i have to change the domain link inside admin panel, but how do i do that if i can not login?

Please help anyone.
