I just relaunched a website for a client that uses an Authorize.net gateway plugin for Woocommerce. They’ve confirmed from their bank statement they get charged for their authorize.net woocommerce extension regularly, but they don’t have access to a woocommerce account. We don’t know who has the account, none of their emails they have access to are acknowledged. We can’t connect their store to their authorize.net properly so they can continue sales, so we either need to cancel the transactions somehow for the previous account we don’t have access to, or somehow get access.

Now when I sign is both of the two plugins enforce its way over the other, an the result I lost access to my admin account. I was trying to set my page to redirect to the organization that has taken over. instead I accidentally reset my admin log in.

So when I use https://reachingforwardsouth.org/wp-admin

I do not get my wordpress admin, I get the link I attached at top.( https://www.ila.org/events/reaching-forward-south-conference/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.reachingforwardsouth.org%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1) which doesn’t even go to the right site.

Hello, I ran into some problems Today when I tried to log in to the admin panel in WordPress using it shows that my username is wrong then when I tried with my email it shows that my password is wrong and now when I tried to log in after forgot password and reset password. And hopefully, I can log in with my email as I can see that my default username which was previously Reetanka was changed to kontol. But how’s this possible and now the main problem is I can’t access my network admin area so I can’t install plugin or something at all. I need urgent help regarding the issue!!!!

I’m an admin helping with a website update (my bid was for an entirely different website platform, was changed to wordpress after I won the bid.). The current site is temporary and I noticed it was http. Using some (VERY BAD) advice on a website, changed to https. It immediately blocked me out. I backed out and changed it back. It logged me out and I can’t access the site at all. I’m not the main owner, I’m an admin with full access. I don’t have the ftp address and we currently don’t have a host. The former site is in the process of being changed over to a new host and to their own account. I can’t even access the login page (also 404) and other routes don’t seem to recognize my new login password. HELP!

I’m currently in the process of creating the site https://www.whisper2roar.org.uk.
Today I changed the hosting page (bluehost.com) url from the default address https://box5119.temp.domains/~whispfj5 to the domain address and back again once I noticed that the page I published didn’t show. Now I’m stuck with a holding page for the domain register company from which the domain was purchased, with no access to wordpress panel which I had previously, the option to login doesn’t come up and if I try and do it via the blueshost site I get the same image advertising 123 Reg.

I’d appreciate some help accessing my wordpress admin panel.
