When I create a quote from a quote template using the template builder, images do not appear on the quote pdf. There is what appears to be a placeholder but no image.

Hello,

Last night I updated the logo on my site. I uploaded the new image. And after hitting publish, there is no logo on my page. I’ve even tried changing it back to the old logo, which worked just fine, and nothing. The place at the top of my website where the logo should be is blank. In fact, the website starts with the menu, there really isn’t even a blank space for the logo at all. I’m hoping someone can help.

I changed the logo on my website and it does not appear in all the pages.
For example, the logo is missing in the landing page, about, and portfolio pages.
It can be seen in the services and blog section.

Logo in Header on Homepage Disappears

I am using Themeforest template Stockholm 1.6. My website is www.huronsubstation.com. The logo on the homepage disappeared, but shows up on all subpages. When you click on the logo from many of the subpages to return to Home, it seems to take forever to load and eventually brings you to homepage (often this time showing a logo in the header!!). My site is being hosted by godaddy and they update the WP. I am deactivated all plugins and flushed cache. Its not browser as this is happening on others computers as well.

I understand that my template is self updating so I assume it is. How can I tell when my theme was last updated in wordpress?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just noticed this morning that my logo disappeared from my website. It was definitely there last night and the only thing I have done today is update some of the settings in Yoast SEO. I would consider myself a novice, so any ideas about what might be causing this would be appreciated. Thanks!

I updated to WP 4.2 and now my logo only shows on the homepage and not on any of my other pages. Also, all of the page and post titles and teaser text are gone.

I am using the Dejavu template but the template is not the problem. My site:
