Hello! I’ve been using Members to control what logged-in users can access, but I’m facing issues for users who are not logged in. They cannot run WP_Query() the same way logged-in users can. My question: is there a way we can configure what anonymous users can access? Like a special role for them? Thanks a lot!

My Terms & Conditions link (in my footer) leads to a different page when using a mobile device vs a desktop setup. The mobile version goes to my “Coming Soon” page (I’m not live yet with WooCommerce), the desktop version goes to the correct T&C page. Why is this?

I’ve checked WC Settings -> Advanced setup for the Terms and Conditions and it is pointing to the correct live version of this page. Why does the mobile version go to the “Coming Soon” page?

To begin with: I was current with the latest version when I noticed I couldn’t view my own posts on my site. I double-checked settings for the post, for the categories it was in, etc, and they all seemed good, but I couldn’t view my posts.

I purged my cache plugin, still couldn’t view my posts.

I cleared my browser’s temp files, still can’t view my posts.

I rolled back to the original install in October 2023 and STILL can’t view my posts.

I disabled your plugin AND STILL can’t view my posts!!! I am the administrator of the site and should be able to view my posts when logged in, but even those posts I created where someone not logged in should be able to view them are not viewable when I log out!

How do I return my posts and categories to wordpress default viewing after using your plugin? I need to ensure that a handful of posts are viewable to the outside world. I was using your plugin to also create a community-only blogging system that wasn’t viewable to the outside world, but when I can’t view any post whether I’m logged in or not, that’s a problem. I CAN edit posts however, I just can’t view them on the front end.

When I want to check the notification (also on multisite), I am redirected to a login loop and can not login.
I have already cleared the cache and the browser cache and deleted cookies. But it’s still not working.

Can you please let me know how to fix this?

recaptcha not showing to logged out users

The recaptcha on our forms is not showing for non-logged in users so forms are not submitting but no errors are showing. This happened before and you said it had something to do with cookies being accepted but I thought it was fixed; it isn’t. With recaptcha v3 there’s no way of knowing what the error is but I changed to v2 can see that the recaptcha is not displaying with no errors in console.

Users must log in to remove items from cart?

When a logged out user adds an item to the cart and then tries to remove it ON THE CART PAGE an error notice pops up saying they’re not logged in and the product isn’t removed.

Is this expected? I would like for any user to clear their cart as they want, including guests.

Hello,

Is there a way to share public cache with the logged in users? I know this is partially possible with ESI, but I’m talking about sharing the cache in its entirety, and creating nothing for the logged in users.

This is for a woocommerce site – and other than checkout / cart / my account pages (which are not cached anyway), all other posts (e.g. products) are identical. So there is absolutely no need to create any cache for logged in users, whatsoever.

Number of caching plugins have started offering this functionality, and I think it would be fantastic to have it here as well, if not already there and I couldn’t find it.

I would like to ask if it is possible to add a filter where we can replace custom sidebars based on if a user is logged in/out?

That would help a lot with website owners who want to present different sidebars when a user is logged in and different when not.

“Your Cart Is Currently Empty” When Logged out

Whenever a customer that’s not logged in tries to add an item to the cart, it does not add to the cart. When you go to the cart page after trying to add an item to the cart, this message shows: “Your cart is currently empty”. I have enabled access in WooCommerce settings for customers to be able to place orders without having to be logged in. Please help!
