I have a few suggestions that would really put this over the top:
1- Provide the ability to add in a wordpress menu as buttons in a reply. This would be triggered by keywords identified by admin. When a keyword shows up in a question by a User, the reply would take a defined wordpress menu and offer it as a styled button in the reply. The ability to define keywords as a multi-word term is an even better capability too. For example, the admin sets these keyword in a field “sports car, fast car.”
When the User asks something like “Do you review sports cars?” The AI replies “Yes we do! We have many on our website. Take a look at…” then there could be buttons in the reply such as “Sports Cars” or “Fast cars” defined from a wordpress menu created by admin. This way a User can click on those buttons to navigate to the “Sports Car Reviews” page or the “Fast Car Review” page.
2- It would be great if you could allow the admin to define the size (height & width) of the reply chat box in settings.
3- Much like my first suggestion, it would be helpful if admin could add entries in settings to insert prompt directions (context) after a question from a User where certain keywords in the question appear. For example; admin creates an entry with the keyword “exhaust” and the context of “Reply using dual exhaust and single pipe exhaust only.” When the User queries “What type of exhaust do you offer?” The system inserts the context “Reply using dual exhaust and single pipe exhaust only.” so the questions the AI sees is “What type of exhaust do you offer? Reply using dual exhaust and single pipe exhaust only.” but the User only sees their question.
4- Add a feature where only logged in Users can get certain responses. For example, a guest asks “Do you offer tires?” the response is “Yes we do, please checkout our tire store.”
A logged in user asks “Do you offer tires?” the response is “Yes we do, please checkout our tire store and we have a special discount for our members of 10%.” The admin would setup the context entry as mentioned in number 3 above, but the AI would only use that entry when the User is logged in.
Thank you for being open to suggestions!

How can this be implemented? Thanks.

]]>I have set up filters that work well when I am logged into the site as an administrator. However, when I access the site as a non-logged-in user, pressing the FILTER button has no effect. Also when I enable the auto-send option, it works when I am logged in as administrator, otherwise nothing happens. Is there a simple solution to this problem?
]]>For example, when Jane logs in, Jane is able to view ONLY entries entered by Jane.
A user is able to view own entries.
Is it possible?
