The log disappeared

Hello. I changed the active format from .Tar to zip and the maximum number of attempts from 3 to 1, then saved it.

All the logs up to that point have disappeared and it says there are no logs.

What should I do about this?

Is this by design?

Hay un texto “Token founded” que se loguea siempre que el token actual no esté vencido. Esto genera archivos diarios de hasta 4Mb. Es una alarma “todo está bien” y no tiene sentido que no se pueda deshabilitar (LA opción “Activar Logs” de los settings del plugin no lo afectan).
El log está en paga-con-modo\Sdk\MODOSdk.php:95
Sugiero eliminarlo, o validar previamente si el log está activado.

I want to delete logs automatically but, even if I turned the voice “Cleanup by Time” on, it seems doesn’t affect my log list and i still see emails sent on January (2 months ago). Can you help me to understand how can i do it?

Delete more than 25 messages at a time?

The email log page shows over 12,000 failed messages in over 500 pages (probably spam addresses). When I use the bulk select option to select all and delete, it deletes only the 25 messages visible on the screen. I can’t spend two months deleting messages, so is there a way to delete all 12,000 at once?

As a service provider and web developer we often find ourselves inheriting websites that are severely behind on updates. When we run into a website using this theme, we are unable to find a single location showing the changelogs for all versions of the theme. This would prove invaluable during assessments for work required, and lead to the theme being updated more frequently. Please consider consolidating changelogs into a single area that is easy to reference.

Disable debug log

How can I disable or move the debug log? My filesystem is locked down (read-only) except for the uploads folder. This plugin is filling the php_errors.log log up with errors trying to create the file PHP Warning: touch(): Unable to create file /tidio-live-chat/debug.log because Permission denied on every page request.

I looked at the code and it seems the path is hard-coded to your plugin folder.

Impossible to log in

I’m using the free version of WP Staging and everything works fine but I recently created an account for a support team of the template I’m using and they can’t access to the staging website preview, only the dashboard. It always loops.

I log in with the new account credentials,
I’m logged on the dashboard,
I click on “See website”
I’m redirected to the log in page
I log in with the new account credentials,
It doesn’t work anymore

And I can’t access to the website preview

I can share the credentials of the account if needed.

Add filter to not log (but still send) certain emails

There seems to be a filter option that can be used through a function, but it seems that the email also fails to send. Is there a way to only filter the logging of the email, but still send the email?

Is this a defect? Is the email still supposed to send?
