I have tried several variations of my event’s address but nothing causes the map to show up.

I have all the map APIs set up already.

I can’t get a location map to show. I’ve read all the past posts and nothing is working.

The website is currently behind an under construction page so it can’t be seen by anyone. However, I’ve created a location – The National Space Centre in Leicester and all I’m getting when I use that location is the message “Location not found”. Extremely frustrating.

I’ve got maps working on another website – www.k3law.com – using the WP Google Maps plugin, so I don’t think I’m doing anything wrong with the API

Hello,
I’m getting a problem when try to search using any state name then it’s showing “No results found”.
The map start point is Mexico and not get any result when search Mexico.

Event Manager Google Plugin Maps unavailable

I have been using Events Manager for many years, love it by the way. Google maps stopped working when Google changed the rules. I followed the instructions, got an API key, and activated the APIs needed at the Google Maps Platform site. I loaded the API to Events manager, google maps module.

-For locations that previously had maps, the maps work now. No problem.
-For any new location that I try to add, the location cannot be found, no map available. As instructed, I go to google maps, plug in the address, and the location is found without problem. I tried several locations including my home and any new location cannot be found while entering the address in the “Locations” entry. And the map doesn’t show up on the even page.

So, the API got maps for existing locations working again, but new locations can’t be found. I toggled many settings, activated and deactivated the maps module.

When Google started charging for maps API, I started seeing “This page can’t load Google Maps correctly.” on all of my maps.
I acquired an API key and configured Events Manager to use it then the message went away.
However, since then, all of the new locations I’ve added say “Location not found”
At first I thought there was an issue with their addresses.
However, I tried adding a location with the same address as an existing location which was working correctly and still got the “Location not found” error.

Hello Events manager forum, Hope all is well and know you’re busy. After the recent upgrade (5.9.5) our event manager stopped retrieving/auto-filling saved venues/locations info when adding a new event in the new event form. This is daunting if you have many events at re-occurring venues. Perhaps there is some code misfiring or there is a setting I’m missing… any assistance to return that functionality would be greatly appreciated.

Have been through all of your instructions and documentation, ensured billing is set up, checked I have the correct information entered etc. but cannot get the maps working on any event

Setting not saving changes & Location not found

I started with not being able to get maps to find location. Added the Google API as per the documentation, but maps are still not found. Now whenever I try to change anything in the setting menu, the changes do not save. (Although I am hitting the “save changes” button)

So 2 problems:
1) getting the location maps to show up for events
2) getting changes to settings to actually save.

Maps are not showing up on some locations only

Hi,

When I add an address to a location by going to Events-> Locations, then map are not showing up. It says Location not found, I have added a detailed address. It is happening on only some locations only. Other locations are working fine and map is showing up properly.

Any idea how to fix it? BTW my API key is correct and is working fine, so I don’t think the problem is due to google maps API.

I have following issue on my Webpage since uprading WordPress 4.9.7 and Event manager 5.9.4.

Veranstaltungsort nicht gefunden (place of event or venue not found, translated with google )

any idea, why new events can’t find new created event places with google maps, but If I select an already existig event place in a new event, then this is working well?
