80% high bounce rate – is site too slow

I launched my site in March and the bounce rate since then has averaged 80%. The content I am providing is very relevant to the searches people are performing to find the site. My only guess is the site is too slow, but I can’t figure out if it truly is or not.

Can someone please look at my site and tell me what the problem could be? Do you think it is loading too slow?

slowing down

I’m using wordpress multi-user but it seems like the more I am on the site the slower my site gets. I recently increased the memory to 512 mb and only run 1 small site right now, while I work out the kinks. I’m not running many plugins or large images. I can’t figure out why it loads slowly. When I restart the server (rackspace) it speeds up but the problem starts again. I turned off some of the plugins but still run into the problem mentioned. Blog loads real slow

My blog loads very slowly. Everyone tells me that, although I thought it was just me. It’s definitely not the internet connection. ALso I daily receive feedmedic alerts that clear themselves up. Is it the plug-ins? I did have some real estate data that had to load when the page was chosen, but i have removed them to see if they are the problem. But it doesn’t seem to make a difference. I’m not too technical, so go easy on me.

blog no longer loads quickly

my site and blog have been up and running flawlessly for well over a year now. I recently upgraded the WordPress and things seemed to work fine.

several days ago, the blog stopped loading for Explorer users and Safari users would load the page in well over 5 minutes

I don’t know what to do and the help support at my web hosting is no help … perhaps they’d be more helpful in their native language, whatever that happens to be
