I had recently renewed the Smart Manager Pro Subscription. But after subscription, I am constantly facing problems with its speed.
It takes a very long time for the products to load on the dashboard and for the changes in the product details to be updated /saved.
Also it automatically downgrades to the lite version without any notice. And right now after downgrading to the lite version it is not upgrading to the pro version at all. Why is this so and how to prevent it?
Kindly look into this matter immediately and provide a solution for the same.

After reading the last topic about a severe bug (this one), I was hoping my issues was solved after your last update as well. But unfortunately not.
After your update 2.10.0 I have an issue editing a post. My browser is having a hard time saving, sometimes it’s not possible to save at all. When it’s taking too long, my browsers shows a warning bar that the page is taking too much loading time with a button to STOP it.
When I disable the Checklist plugin, the issue is gone.
Can you please check for further bugs for this issue? I really love this plugin, so I’d miss it servery if I had to uninstall it.

The filter works, so, filtered articles are shown, but the wheel is endlessly truning and productes are shown with an overlay.
I use the divi builder.

]]>we are using DHL plugin (Germany) for 2-3 years now and we never had problems with the plugin. However, in the last 4 weeks we frequently had loading time problems while using the plugin. First, labels were created very slowly. Second, the overall website loading time was slowed down. And third, our website was sometimes even completely off.
Are there any problems regarding compatibility with woocommerce at the moment?

]]>We seem to have a problem with the reservation system. With every new booking, the loading time of the page with the reservation system is getting slower and slower. At the moment, the loading can take up to 15 seconds which is unacceptable. Is there any solution how to prevent the lagging or optimise the speed of loading?

]]>I have a WordPress website milyin.com running on Cloud Hosting (3 GB RAM, 4 COREs, 200 GB SSD). My hosting server and I are in the same country (decent geographical proximity).
I have been relying on LiteSpeed for optimizing my site. Few months ago I started using Guest Optimization and Guest Mode settings (along with Crawler) to improve my GPSI scores.
But, even after that, I am getting TTFB of 1 sec+ for logged out user (thanks to Guest Optimizations) and for logged in users average TTFB is 9 seconds.
I recieve less than 500 views daily, so my server resources are more than ample to ensure 200ms TTFBs, but I am getting such high numbers.

The problem is SIGNIFICANTLY more severe for logged in users often having “Timed Out” errors when trying to access site.
I am using no page builders, only 15 plugins total, and a quality theme from Themeisle. Please advice.

The biggest event was the switch to WordPress 6.3, since which I’ve noticed some slowdowns on the site. Pages used to load in 2 to 3 seconds at most. Now, it takes much longer without having performed any other operations.
Would you be able to “scan” my site and provide me with some information?
Have you also experienced any slowdowns with the switch to WordPress 6.3?
