Hi,

The last couple of days my website has been loading very slow when accessing it from the front end. When it eventually loads the format has changed (please see website using link above). Could someone please advise what is causing this and how I can fix it?

I have been advised not to update updates straight away due to this sometimes causing issues with your website reverting back to an old version. What are your thoughts on this and is this the cause of the issue?

All help would be very much appreciated.

Header image loading slow

In your last update you made the header image responsive, which is very nice.
But I noticed a little problem. The header image loads slow, so I first get a white header with a white tittle before the image loads. How can I fix that?
Anyway your theme is still one of the best I used in years.

WordPress Site homepage loading slow

Hi all,

I am writing here because the homepage of a wordpress site I am developing is loading very very slow I am having trouble trying to identify what could be causing the delay.

The site is https://tdcsa.com.ar/

I have tried using YSlow component in Firefox, but it doesn’t seem to be working. Even if I closed and re-opened the browser the “Run Test” button of the component is not working.

Could any of you please let me know what could I do to make the site load faster? I don’t have a lot of unnecessary plug ins installed. I have basically installed a theme called “Omni” and its plug ins, haven’t installed much more than that.

Hello, my website is loading very slow. (4.936 Seconds according to Alexa and 3.96s according to https://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/uPSbx/www.giglinxusa.com.

This is odd because there there arent many images and only 10 pages. I have only tree plugings total — Tracking Code Manager, WordPress-to-Lead for Salesforce CRM, and Yoast SEO Premium.

My previous companys website uses the same theme, the load time is only 1.8 seconds. The website had much more rich image content and they also used WordPress-to-Lead for Salesforce CRM, and Yoast SEO Premium.

Is the tracking code manager the issue? Ir maybe my host? Really could use some professional guidance.

Hi. Please help. Ive been running Flex mag theme for over a month. I’ve been having loading issues with my site. It’s been happening for about 3 days now. There is a huge lag when trying to get into homepage or even wp backend. If I’m lucky I will get about 20 minutes a day where the site is lightning fast with around 2 seconds loading time on each page.

Ive been assured on numerous occasions by my host that it is not them. Ive cleared my browsers cache, I’ve deactivated plugins, all to no avail. I have not done anything major to the site since it was running smooth. I have no idea what is causing the lag.

Please can someone who knows more than I do please offer some assistance. I would be indebted! My site is www.promptside.co.za

I have around 40000 blogs,200000 comments in my site and 2100 users. If I logged as admin, site is very fast and loading properly. If I logged as an author, it loading very slow. I don’t know why it’s happening. Please solve this, why it’s happening ?

Hello, my sites have all automatically updated to 4.0.1 and since then, they take about 3 minutes to load. I tried rolling back to 4.0 and the slowness stays the same. Is this a known problem/bug with the update? I have different hostings/servers and different themes/plugins combinations and yet they all have the same problem after the update. Some of them are running OK though.

Please help.

Changed URL and site loading slowly

I am working on a site and was asked to change the URL to the one in link link above from the previous one. The domain is hosted on Godaddy and I have not changed the host company. I have changed the nameservers and run a search and replace script to change all urls in the database, however this has not worked. It is strange because the site is on the new domain but takes a loooong long time to load in the browser.

Does anyone have any suggestions.
