Love LC, no longer being updated??

I have many sites up using LC, but am seeing now that the plugin has not been updated in 11 months and WordPress issues a warning that the current version has not been tested with my current version of WordPress….is LC done?

Social Slider Display Issues

Hello.

I recently updated a social feed widget and since then the developer and I haven’t been able to successfully get the feed to display correctly. When I go to edit the widget area in Live Composer, it shows correctly but once I save it and close the visual editor, it goes back to a broken feed. Does it appear that something with the feed may not be allowing the widget to display using its stylesheet?

I believe I’ve had this issue with the Live Composer editor and you were able to help but it was many years ago and I cannot seem to get anything I try now to work.

Is Live Composer closed?

I saw some decent improvement in page speed loading for this site, but when I tried to edit the page in the LiveComposer drag and drop plugin I use, Autoptimize blocked my ability to edit modules….had to uninstall it to restore functionality to LiveComposer.

Live composer header inside the page

Hi.
I designed header with live composer, but the header is inside page, between header and text, not on the top. I used Astra and other themes, all the same. With Oreo theme it is OK, but this theme scale differently header and body… do you have any idea how to put the header on top of the page, please?

Astra pro support custom layouts, but there is not LC button to edit the header. So I used LC header/footer unblocking in function.php

Save/Cancel buttons disappeared in Live Composer

I noticed a typo on my homepage so I went, as usual, to the edit in Live Composer, but when I go to save it in the text box area I ge the following error:

‘Module settings are being loaded. Save/Cancel actions will appear shortly’

I deactivated all my plugins and even with just Live Composer installed, the error is still there.

I’ve reinstalled my plugins one by one and no change so I’m stuck for how I now update content via Live Composer. This has only happened today and I’m a bit stumped as to how to fix this.

Product page display

Hi,

The product page has changed since the update to the latest WooCommerce version.
It now displays products within a standard post template (so the product image is huge at the top and all the product info is squeezed into a small area on the side) rather than the standard full width product page (like with the storefront theme). Looks like the page template has changed?

Please help.

Cant register presets

Hi there,

I cant not register any preset by example a button preset. Not a single preset could be saved and I dont know the reason.

Cant find any help, but working with this preset feature would be important.

Any others with that prob? What is to do?

Unwanted, autogenerated Pages

The list of my Pages shows a series of unwanted pages that I did not create. The unwanted pages are:
a) all dated Oct 9, 2016 @ 19:34 b) apparently autogenerated from edits done in Live Composer.
Inspecting the code on such a page shows (sample): — Holy Grail-Baudolino with Bowl-PhotoS-pdf.

I had repeatedly Trashed them but they keep coming back.
How do I get rid of them? Thank you.

I am rating LC without the promise of any increased speed of support. I have actually never taken LC up on this deal, mainly because the Plugin is FREE and I should really have no significant expectation of lightning fast support as a result.

I think that for a free web builder plugin, LC is amazingly capable, easy to use and with minimal defects. We developed our entire website on it, and it has gotten faster as well with improvements that these folks make in their spare time. The developers are basically doing all this moonlighting from their real jobs…..but I digress.

We enjoy using LC to continue to develop our website using drag and drop technology. While not perfect, it’s pretty darned good for free, and the developers are responsive to trying to incorporate features recommended by users. Takes a bit of getting used to the builder, as is the case with most builders, but you can even start from scratch when you want a fully custom build using their Blank theme. They also have nice add-ons!

Highly recommend getting Slider Revolution to go with…it is fully integrated into LC and is a phenomenal plug-in as well (although not free).
