The question is how can I make each doctor have his own chat, without mixing with the other doctors, and that each can chat with his patients.

Live Chat Support works very well for chatting with clients. I like it that you can adjust te icon for chatting and colors so it will match the site. The only thing I hope they will add is so you can download all chats in one or click the ones you want to download, but perhaps in the future?

I find it completely ironic that a company that sells a Live Chat plug in cannot be reached by their own Live Chat in regular business hours to resolve issues concerning their product. After several days waiting for a response to my offline message, I finally contacted Live Chat at their email address that originally mailed out our Live Chat Account info. That did the job!

I was assigned to Trevor Anderson, who was patient and courteous and went above and beyond to resolve the issues we were having with our plug in. For Trevor’s efforts, I would give FIVE STARS. For Live Chat’s un-monitored support chat feature, I couldn’t in good conscience give more than 3 stars. Overall Average 4 stars.

Is it possible to disable the chat window for the support (ticket support) and pages of the store in woocommerce? I’ve use the wp-chat visibility configuration but it doesn’t work for this case. Another question, it is possible to enable the window only for certain level of user members?

I have installed Live chat support Pro

plugin in my website.It is not working correctly.
I have following issues in this
1) When user sends message to admin and admin is offline.the mail is going for offline message but when admin appearing online then no that offline messages are displaying for admin.How admin can respond to offline messages?

2)Sometimes even if i have fill up the name and email.Messages to admin with the name of guest.

3)If admin is online and user is sending message that time.When admin accept chat no notification coming at user’s end.We have to refresh the page at that time.

Please help me if you have solutions of my above issues as i have to solve issues ASAP.
