]]>I am searching for a way to display entire year in list view. It would be great to put past and upcoming events in a single page, but I cannot find a way.
Right now when I want to see past i have to add ?eventDisplay=past to url, but then it doesn’t show upcoming events :/
I have The Events Calendar free version and was considering to purchasing PRO version.
I see that shortcodes can be used. It says “Allowed date formats:?yyyy-mm-dd?or?yyyy-mm” for list view. I guess that not quite what I need.
If any of you have an idea how to do that, let me know. It would be great to put upcoming and past events in single page. Already thank you. ]]>
I’m using the shortcode ‘List’ to show upcoming events on my home page. However, there are a lot of events every month, so the list is quite long even when I limit it to show one month like below.
[my_calendar above=”none” below=”none” weekends=”true” months=”1″]
Is there a way to only display a limited amount of events in the list shortcode? Ex: Display 4 of the upcoming events in the list.

I’m looking for some help with calendar styling, focusing on the list view.
We’re looking to create a list view of the next 12 months events that can be printed in a single page.
The issue I have with the current view is that the list is too long and I’d like to be able to make the view more compact by removing all the white space and possibly the “see more details” links too.

]]>I’ve got the status displaying in list view using elements from the aforementioned tutorial and here.
<?php echo get_post_meta( get_the_ID(), '_tribe_events_status', true ) ?>But it displays the value, not the accompanying “text” field, per that first tutorial. I cannot believe I haven’t found more on this anywhere and I’ve exhausted my Googling.
Can anyone please assist in helping me display a nice “Sold Out” instead of sold_out? (I know this is available in Pro, but the client doesn’t need that robust of a calendar, but this is a key element that really would be helpful if included in the free version.)

But when I’m in List View, the only option in the toggle is still just List View.
Some other details I noticed:
– The option to go to List View is bolded when you are already in list view, and normal weight when in Month View. This seems to suggest BOTH options are supposed to be available no matter what view you are in, and the view you are in is always bolded. But in Month View and List View, there is only the option to go to List View.
– When clicking the toggle dropdown, I get a Quirks Mode warning in Chrome’s dev tools. It says to make sure the page is using <!DOCTYPE html>, which it already is.
– We don’t remember having this issue before, so it may have something to do with a recent update?
– I searched the forum here and the closest match I could find to my issue is this thread which details some JS snippets to use. I tried both snippets and neither of them fixed the issue.
