I love this plugin! Super easy to use. I am finding that the links I created are not responding on my iPhone 8. It is working on iPhone XS, iPad Pro, and Note 9 (Android). I’m thinking something is blocking it? I had a problem with my theme where the side widget was blocking my page and I added CSS from the theme people to fix it. I’m not sure if I should post here or to the theme people? I wanted to check with you first to see if there was any known issue before I contact them. Thanks!

Nav Links Don’t Work in Chrome

Hi,
We’re currently using this plugin to rebuild a mega menu on a testing site: https://howarths-2017.designbankdevelopment.co.uk/.
I’ve followed the steps as per the user guide.
In Chrome, none of the links work apart from the Events Page link, which is the last link on the navbar. Some links work in Safari, but none work in Firefox. The theme’s default navbar did work beforehand, but for this plugin it won’t work at all. I’ve tried to use inspector tools to see if there is anything covering it (eg a z-index issue), but that doesn’t seem to be the issue.
Is there any explanation for this?

Links Not Working

I just switched hosts to Siteground’s WP hosting and I’m not sure if this is part of the problem. I am familiar with the process of adding hyperlinks to posts but suddenly it’s not working.

The strange thing is, when I add the link and save the page and test it, the URL that appears in my browser contains my domain name, which I did not insert. For example, if my domain is mydomain.com and I want to insert a link to mylink.com in a post, I end up with something that looks like www.mydomain/mylink.com, which is not what I put in or intended. I tried this two different ways. Highlighting the text and linking it and typing out the whole URL of the link and then linking it. Same result.

I’ve been setting up WP sites for years (though I admittedly don’t know much technically) and don’t ever remember seeing this particular problem. Any idea of what it means or how to fix it? Thanks.

None of the Dashboard links work

I am a newbie. I have Hostgator and recently installed WordPress using Fantastico.

I’m able to log in to wordpress from my domain (rajujohn.com/wp-admin) but none of the links on the Dashboard work. For instance, when I click on Add New under Posts, nothing happens. It’s just a blank screen.

Similarly all the other links also do not work (like under Appearance, Tools, Settings etc..).

Please advice.

Can't access my Word Press account and my site is down

I was trying to redirect my site away from the URL given by WordPress to couponinginflorida.net and I’m not sure what I did, but I can’t access my Word Press account now and my site is down. I need help.

Also when I clicked on a link on my site before it went down I got the following error:
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

I don’t know anything about coding or how to fix this can someone please help me? I need to get my site back up and I need to get my links to work again.

v1.3.1 problem

I have/had a problem with Woocommerce. However having done the “turn off all plugin’s” job and found out that the issue lies with WP Lister for Ebay V1.3.1.

The problem being that you can’t read any text in the main product text area (visual or text), and that none of the links on the page work either (ie click on ‘Remove featured Image’ for example, and it just homes to the top of the page).

Probably something simple, but I’ve had to deactivate this plugin as it has effectively killed my shop at the moment.

WP links don't work

It seems as if links don’t work when I click on them. Not outside page links, but links to tags, posts and categories. Statusbar shows the correct address, but browser takes me back to main page and not the selected post. I have tried to change the permalinks back to default. Deleted .htaccess (See below). etc. No luck
