Problem with link containing “add-to-cart”

Hi!
My problem is that when I add links containing “add to cart” to an external landing page, such as:

https://www.medialna.eu/?add-to-cart=3351
sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t.

Sometimes the product is added to the cart, sometimes it is added but it redirects to the home page, and sometimes the cart page pops up saying “the cart is empty”.

I am asking for help because this has a very negative impact on our sales.

Links under localhost result in localhost/dashboard

Moved a client’s live site (and their custom theme) into XAMPP on Mac OSX, and have no trouble with viewing any part of wp-admin and the static homepage, but all other links take me back to localhost/dashboard.
I’ve tried various things based on the suggestions in all seemingly related support posts, etc, but no luck.
1. This is strictly a website with no blog and (so?) it appears they have removed the permalinks setting screen, so can’t try that change/update direction.
2. All urls appear correct upon hover
3. Site and Home locations in the option tables (wp and custom theme), as well as all URLs in the DB and wp-config were changed to https://localhost/wp-install_folder_name/…
4. A sample of the site that does work on a rental server is at testing2.swimex.jp, so it seems to be related to the localhost environment, but I do have another test site in another htdocs folder that works w/o any trouble, so it appears to only be this setup.
Anyone have any suggestions? Any further info required?

I’ve been working on a site and the horizontal navigation has sub navigation that works on all pages except one. The site is wassenbergartcenter.org and the page that isn’t working is the Classes signup page found at https://wassenbergartcenter.org/?page_id=13.

For some strange reason, all the links on this page link back to this page instead of the others. I’ve tried different templates, and copying another templates code into the one for this page, and nothing seams to work.

Does anyone have any ideas. I need to get this fixed as soon as possible.

the problem is that all the links I place in posts and pages will be \ “….. \ “

Hey guys,

I have recently uploaded my wordpress site to its new host. I built the whole website locally where everything was on the https://localhost:8888/mysite/ address.

After uploading my site I also uploaded the database. Wow the problems.

– all of my main pages link back to the localhost
– all post links go back there too
– my password has changed to the old one which means I cant get onto my backend at all.

This seems pretty major. I tried these lines in the functions.php but to no avail:

update_option(‘siteurl’,’https://example.com/blog’);
update_option(‘home’,’https://example.com/blog’);

Has anyone encountered this?

can’t open link in a NEW window

When I go to insert a link, by default WordPress sets it to open in the same window, but when I change the target to open in a new window, the setting will not stay. I’ll change the setting, insert the link, then save the blog post, but every time I go check if it worked or not, the link keeps opening in the same window. (and yes I refreshed the page and it still doesnt work). When I go back in to WordPress to edit the post, I find that the setting is indeed changed back to “open target in same window”

How can I get the “open in new window” setting to stick??
