If anyone could help, I’d really appreciate it
]]>I noticed that Lightbox with PhotoSwipe requires setting the image “Link to” option to “Media File.”
Does that mean that it will only serve the linked media file to all devices, regardless of viewport size?
Thanks.
]]>If I understand Jetpack Carousel correctly, to open a single image (Image Block) in a carousel, you need to set the “Link to” option to Attachment Page. This works as expected.
Regarding a typical multi-image gallery (Gallery Block), is there any difference in carousel functionality between setting the image “Link to” option to Media File or None? Jetpack Carousel seems to work fine either way. (I understand that the images won’t be “clickable” if set to None).
I ask because a few other lightbox plugins require that the “Link to” option be set to Media File, or the lightbox won’t open.
Thanks.
]]>I finally discovered that disabling WProofreader returned functionality but now I have no proof reading! I only added this plugin because some sort of conflict meant that neither Grammarly nor Firefox spell checking would work on the site since 5.0.
I still haven’t tracked down what conflict is causing that because others on here don’t have the same problem.
Any suggestions?
]]>this block is great, and the caption option on hover also, and I managed to set different caption background colors per gallery item via custom css (would be great to allow settings per image as a standard option).
But if one uses the caption placement option with “show on hover”, it is not useable on mobile, especially if combined with your link option. Caption then appears only on touch, but that means that already the link is opening, while this is working in desktop mode with two steps (1. hover -> caption appears, 2. click -> link is opening).
As a first guess, there could be 2 ways to solve that in the future:
1. allow different caption settings on mobile, or/and
2. open link on mobile only by a second touch (possibly as a block option)
Hope that makes sense.

Always double check your spelling.
Try similar keywords, for example: tablet instead of laptop.
Try using more than one keyword.

I have double checked the URL on the PDF file in the Media library, tried creating new ones and linking them, to no avail.
