I’m using the field “Field Description” wich should be correct since I can see the custom text being displayed, but not the link.
I tried:
Text
and
[userwp_external_link text="Text" url="Link"]
but none worked
My “link fields” are missing on all types of widgets on my Advanced Layout Editor on WordPress. This includes:
– HubSpot form Redirect Links
– Button Links
– Icon/Icon Box Links
– Image Links
– Etc.
The “field” where I would normally place the link is just showing up blank. I am unable to click on it, edit it, or anything.
I have the latest version of WordPress and all of my plugins are up to date.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
Thank you!
I then selected that as the link field from the List page to the single page. I noticed though, that the sort was weird and then realised it was an alpha sort (so, 1, 10, 11, 12, 2, 3 etc.)
So, I changed the definition of the field to numeric but now it doesn’t list that field in the drop down t oselect the link field. Is that correct?
Many Thanks
I have a question. I’m building a website with a section “employees”. I have a custom field for the employees personal website.
Now I would like to link the entire div where all the employee fields are in, to link to the website. Is this possible?
Many thanks in advance for your answer.

What I would like to do in my custom template, however, is to have a link where the text is the participant’s name and the url is their website. In other words, I want to know what I should replace [STUFF] with to grab just the url from ‘website’ in the following:
<a href="<?php $record->[STUFF] ?>"><?php $record->print_value( 'first_name' ) ?> <?php $record->print_value( 'last_name' ) ?>
Thank you!
However, the current link structure forces navigation away from the host site.
Is there a way to code the url in the link field to open the client/strategic partner website in a new tab or window?
Great theme! Thank you.
