“Fatal error: Call to undefined function ESIG_COOKIE() in /home/content/47/4983847/html/steelcitymovers/wp-content/plugins/gravity-signature-forms-add-on/includes/esig-gravity-settings.php on line 39”
I know VERY little about web coding, but I was able to find line 39 of the php file, which reads:
"if (ESIG_COOKIE(self::GF_COOKIE)) {"
I do not know how to define ESIG_COOKIE. I made sure my php, wordpress version, and gravity forms version all exceeded the minimum plugin requirements.
The weird thing is, the form still sends! I was able to receive a copy at my [redacted] email address and the “client copy” at the dummy email I used to fill out the form. In both cases, I was able to view the signature and all uploaded images without issue. The only issue was the unsightly error message greeting me after form submission instead of the confirmation page I’d designed.
Here’s where it becomes a problem:
there is another gravity form on the website that is client-facing (the sitesurvey form is private). That form (steelcitymovers.com/estimate) does NOT have the gravity forms signature add-on (I realize it’s installed in Gravity Forms, and not on a form-to-form basis, but I mean it is not being utilized on that form). Whenever anyone submits this estimate form, they get the same Fatal Error message:
"Fatal error: Call to undefined function ESIG_COOKIE() in /home/content/47/4983847/html/steelcitymovers/wp-content/plugins/gravity-signature-forms-add-on/includes/esig-gravity-settings.php on line 39"
Once again, the forms are still being received both by [redacted], and by the dummy email I used to complete the form, so everything works… it just looks very unprofessional when, instead of being greeted with a submission confirmation page, people who fill out the sitesurvey form, estimate form (or, I presume, the contact form) get a php error message.
Please help! How can I resolve this error and/or define ESIG_COOKIE() ??

I haven’t made any changes to my plug-ins recently, but I noticed that a couple of days ago, one of my Download files was flipped from Public to Private (I had not even been on that screen in days). Yesterday, I noticed that my settings on the Email Before Download Settings page had been set back to default.
Could you please help me resolve? Thank you!

I get this error when I create a completely new gallery from scratch, or if I newly upload pictures, or if I use already uploaded ones, or if I use the ID of the working gallery.
The working gallery just works fine tho.
Right now the gallery doesnt show the error I mentioned above. Right now the link brings me to an empty page with the default background image?! I dunno whats going on here …
My website is:
https://www.vor-freude.com
The working gallery is here:
https://vorfreude-fotografie.de/galerie-familie/
The broken gallery is here:
https://vorfreude-fotografie.de/galerie-babybauch-und-baby/
I hope someone can send me feedback on this and that it is mistake I made which can be undone easily :-/
