Unable to reconnect with Lightspeed API

I am unable to reconnect to Lightspeed via API using the Lightspeed Woocommerce plugin. When I click on ‘Reconnect with Lightspeed’ within the plugin settings, it is redirecting me to my homepage instead of prompting me to log into my lightspeed account. I noticed in version 2.16.0 there was an update made that says “Upgrade to Kestrel Connect for connecting to Lightspeed” but I’m not understanding what this means. I’m currently on version 2.0.0. Can anyone help shed light on what is going on?

Lightspeed Woocommerce Publishing Pending

All of a sudden my Lightspeed/Woocommerce integration has stopped working and I am unable to publish products to woocommerce, receiving the message “Woocommerce Publishing Pending’ . I have reached out to lightspeed support and they have said the following “Hi, would you be able to contact WooCommerce about this? The only error I am seeing is “We were unable to connect to your WooCommerce store with this URL. Please check that the URL is correct, otherwise there is an issue when trying to connect to the WooCommerce store’s server”. Your URL looks good and API Key and webhooks are all active. The only thing I can think of is that WooCom could be having some server issues or delays in publishing. Would you be able to confirm this with them?” Can anyone help with this please?

Lightspeed integration issue

I have been using your Cart Abandonment plugin for a while now and am pretty happy with how it performs. However, I recently picked up an issue with a client who is using an inventory management and POS system called Lightspeed. They were previously called “Vend”.
She alerted me to the fact that when orders are recovered, that it does not pull through to her Lightspeed system. Since Lightspeed is in regular use across the world, would it be possible for you to fix this in your next update please?

Lightspeed POS Integration

Hi, We’re in the process of building a new WP site for a client who has the Lightspeed Retail POS R series. When I looked at the Woocommerce Lightspeed POS Integration extension, it says it works with Lightspeed Retail https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-lightspeed-pos/ but when I look at Lightspeed, this page says it’s compatible with the Lightspeed Retail POS X series: https://www.lightspeedhq.com/integrations/woocommerce-2/.

Can you tell me if this extension works with the R series too or what steps do I need to take? I have the extension in the cart for the client to purchase but I just want to be sure this will work. Thanks

Woocommerce Analytics not displaying data

Hello everyone,

I have a woocommerce website which uses lightspeed caching. When I clear the cache or open the administrator in Incognito Mode, the Analytics page doesn’t show anything in the Categories tab. It loads the data but removes the html after a second. In Chrome’s Inspect Element I get the error “TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘parent’) at l.getCategoryAncestorIds (analytics-report-categories.js:348)”

If I open a few pages ion the administrator, just to cache the site, the categories tab shows data without problems.

Tab Overview works fine with or withou cache.

I haven’t made any changes to the website lately and the Analytics used to work properly until two days before.
The system information are:
WordPress v6.2.2
WooCommerce v.7.5.1
PHP 8.1.19

Any idea what might be happening and how to fix it?
I would prefer not to disable the theme or any plugins as this is a working site and I wouldn’t like to break anything or get it offline.

Wocommerce Lightspeed API

I have a site with an API that connect Lightspeed series X to woocommerce. Currently when attemping to publish a product from Lightspeed to Woocommerce, Lightspeed is unable to proceed past “woocommerce publish pending”. This is the error info given to me by Lightspeed customer support:

This error implies that something has changed on the server end and now the server is responding with HTML pages instead of JSON responses.

“unwrapped_error”: “Lightspeed Retail received a response from the server in an unexpected format (text/html) when trying connect to your WooCommerce store.”

Language switcher vs cache

Is there any solution to get the language switcher in poly lang to work with lightspeed cache?

The Lightspeed cache plugin creates different dimensions of image groups for a single image. That is significantly increased my site size (single jpeg size 200kb – optimized webp image group size 3Mb).

Is there any way to use the single image without creating different resolutions, or reducing the image group size. Removing these different image versions will reduce the loading speed?

It will be a great help if someone gives me a solution.
