plugin dont work with captions

go to post> click add media > select/upload image > add to post with media file link

works spot on

go to post> click add media > select/upload image > add a caption to the image > add to post with media file link

nothing shows in the post on edit mode or live view… delete caption and it works fine!

please fix

LightBox (and some photo features) BROKEN after the Upgrade

This upgrade has effected me in two main ways.

1.) locked me out my admin…

2.) Disabled all LightBox functions.

Does anyone know how I can regain my LightBox function… before when someone clicked on a photo on my website the lightbox would show the photo, now it no longer works and I’ve tried a couple past versions of this plug-in.

Does anyone know which version of NextGen Gallery worked properly with LightBox2 and version 3.0.1 of wordpress?

Hi all,

The Topic title says it all. Iam using NGGallery to display my albums, with this i use lightbox and the lightbox2 plugin to make it run. However, iam looking for a code to display the album where the picture is loaded in the discription area. Could anyone help me with this? So when you open a picture, lightbox starts, it not only shows the photonumber (1 of 123 for example), or the photo’s name as displayed when clicking on a random picture in the sidebar, but also the album source (grasspictures for exemple :P).

When I activate the plugin Facebook comments for wordpress, Lightbox2 stops working and when I disable Facebook comments for wordpress, Lightbox does work again. Any ideas how to fix that?

Lightbox and Improved Include Page Plugins

Hi,

I recently uploaded my site to a new server, upon which the lightbox plugin no longer seems to work for pages that are included using the Improved Include page plugin (click the images on the sidebars to see what I mean). Link here.

It did work previously however (sidebar image links working). Link here.

The sites are NOT hosted by the same company. However, I have no idea what specific difference between the two hosts would cause this discrepancy. Anyone have any insight?

I have been trying to get my gallerys to display with a ‘lightbox’ style effect, I have tried the Lightbox and Lightbox2 plugins with no effect, instead of having the image open with an effect it just opens the image in a new window.

I then tried NexGen Gallery which I have used before, I thought it would not be a problem but again I am getting the same issue, the images just open in a new window.

Now with NexGen Gallery it puts my images almost in a list format (one under the other) and again the effects do not work.

Any ideas? Here is a link to the gallery page:

Lightbox works fine on the homepage, just not for thumbnails in the following pages.

Does anyone else have this problem?

I have W3TC and Lightbox 2 plugins activated. Recently moved my WP files, and for some reason that cause all the w3tc settings to go back to defaults, so I had to re-specify the JS and CSS files I wanted to minify. I did, using the help wizard. However, now the lightbox effect doesn’t work. If I disable JS minify, lightbox works fine. Any idea what might be causing this?

the instructions for lightbox2 say to create a link to an image. I have loaded and activated the plugin but not sure how to link the image to lightbox2 plugin.
I’m sure there is a simple answer and I would appreciate some help.
My images are in my media library which I want to include in a post and then apply the lightbox2 plugin to them
