The statistic is not correct and they report numbers that is totaly wrong and cant be trusted. Our sell is less then 1% of the value they claim that zotabox have generated.

No response at all after purchasing a plugin which doesn’t work

I purchased the plugin to use woocommerce payments but nowhere does it say that the payment gateways used by woocommerce must be compatible with simple membership which not all are. So I can’t use it. I noticed this right away and contacted them to request a refund but they never responded. I’ve sent them multiple emails over the last two months but with no response whatsoever. I’m very dissappointed with this non existent customer service. The membership plugin itself is cumbersome and far from easy to use. Sure it’s free so I was okay with it because I could mostly get it working. But now it seems like it’s not compatible with page builders like bricksbuilder which I’ve used to build my site. All pages that I have set membership restrictions on are still accessible by anyone without logging in. So after the cumbersome setup and paying for a plugin I can’t use, Simple membership doesn’t work at all, I’ve received no help after multiple attempts and I’ve payed money for something I can’t use. Beyond frustrating and I’ve lost both time and money. So I would stay away if I were you.

For a minute I thought my website was hacked.
Went from a simple local user avatar to something I have no idea what it is.
Lost all my trust. adios.

Rank Math better than Yoast? Well… no.

Interesting: Meanwhile there are some articles which all report (in similar wording) that Rank Math is said to be better than Yoast SEO. I tried it for a short time, but saved everything first. Also keeping an eye on my database, 6 new datanbase tables were created – right after activating Rank Math, you are forced to create a Rank Math account – WTF? There was no mention of this in any article – and Yoast SEO, for example, does not require this. You also have to check a box if you don’t want to send usage data to Rank Math – by default, such data would be collected.

During activation, 6 database tables were created. After I deactivated AND deleted the plugin again, these 6 database tables remained in my database. Is this professional? No. If you DELETE a plugin, the created database tables should be removed as well!

In short: disappointed.

DO NOT BUY THIS THEME!!! Support is a joke… a horror story waiting to happen. The theme is missing basic customization capabilities. If you ask support before buying they’ll lie to you to get the sale then change their story after you’ve purchased. They also do not stand behind their own refund policy. I gave them a chance to make it right before posting this review and in return got a response with more lies. I have email history to support everything stated here. DISHONEST SELLER. TERRIBLE, OUTDATED THEME WITH SEVERE LIMITATIONS. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!

I have purchased the pro plugin after seeing that there is a 7 days refund guarantee. After testing I saw it could not accomplish the results I was hoping for. I tried contacting the author for help, and then for a refund, after not getting an answer.

I never got any reply, and never got any refund.

So are v1.3 users to be perpetually nagged w/the notification that an upgrade…

I for one like to have a dashboard that looks like I’ve done all the maintenance that needs doing but instead now will indefinitely have a pending task that’s not pending…
