I am using really simple ssl on www.infogroupglobal.com wordpress site.
Yesterday the certificate expired and the site started giving warnings. When I want to renew the certificate from within the WordPress panel, I click on Realy Simple SSL settings, but a blank page opens. When I want to renew via cPanel, I get maximum user exceeded error
I’m not a web developer, I’m a web designer, but I don’t have a colleague at my company who understands this, so I need to solve this problem. Please help me with that.
]]>Now, I cannot even clear the red dot notification at the SSL section. What should I do? Should I continue to follow the manual step? Or there are way to clear the red dot? Since Lightsail provides the site certificate for my site, is it a bit redundant to have this done through this process one more time?
Thanks a lot for your help!
]]>The SSL certificate had been happily renewing but then expired on 22 Jun 2022. I have tried to use the Really Simple SSL wizard to generate a new one, but I get to installation to be told I have to download and manually install.
The linked AWS instructions tell me to follow the bitnami process through the SSH console which I have. I am then told the certificate is successfully generated. BUT the website doesn’t show https as working. An SSL Server test is showing the certificate expired on 22 June – so clearly where ever the new one is saved isn’t being picked up correctly.
I’ve tried stopping and starting bitnami and rebooting the server. None of which is working.
I have run out of ideas!
]]>cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired
error when connecting to GMB, refreshing the location list, or when creating GMB posts.
Don’t worry, there is nothing wrong with the SSL certificate on your website! The plugin thinks our SSL certificate has expired.
The problem is caused by a recent update at “LetsEncrypt” which provides the SSL certificate for the Post to Google My Business plugin.
While I can’t currently offer a guaranteed fix for the problem, make sure you’re running a compatible version of WordPress (5.3+), PHP (5.6.26+) and OpenSSL (1.1.0+). Then try reconnecting to Google My Business (Post to GMB > Settings > Google Settings).

All plugins and WordPress are up to date.
Any ideas how I can make these warnings go away?
Thanks
Alex
