Can someone help? I have seen other similar issues raised in the past but no clear solution has been provided. Moving off Azure isn’t an option for us.

Are they configurable i.e. added to, deleted?
Under allowlisted URLs there is a section for an IP address. Does each user’s IP need to be reflected there to be able to perform that action? And if so, can the IP address be added manually?
Learning mode was first ran 4 years ago on the website that I’m having issues with (403 error specifically). If I run learning mode again will it override any previously established rules?

It is still in learning mode after 5 days, and is not reporting any attacks, probably because it keeps turning off.
