One of my forums says “No Topics” under the “Last Post” column.

I have five forums on my forum page, and one of the forums says “No Topics” under the “Last Post” column. But the forum actually has 8 topics and 67 posts. This seems like a glitch in the system, so it seems important enough to seek support for. My forums are private, though, so sharing a link won’t work here. The last post in the forum in question was made by me about four months ago. This “glitch” has been present for several weeks at least (I’m not sure when it first appeared). Over that time span, the style pack has been updated multiple times and I’ve purged the cache a number of times, but the problem remains.

Disappearing button – bad alignment

At the limits (first or last post in the category) one of the fancy button disappears and the post text flows around the other. See examples:

GOOD – both buttons are showed

Sidebar Widget and Last Post as Excerpt?

Hello,

I am in need of bit of Help for this Theme called McLuhan, like the Title of the Topic suggests.

I LIKE this Theme so much, because it fits my needs for a clean Look so good but there a 1-2 minor Things in addition i liked to be kinda fixed.

Specially i am wondering about, if it’s possible to “add a kinda Widget” to the Sidebar, because i have a Code-Snippet that needs to be at/in this Position and i don’t know how to include it otherwise at this Position.
Do i have to edit some special PHP File to do so and what?

My next Question, is it possible to show the “Last Post” (the newest one, for clarification) of the Listing with an Excerpt and maybe the used Image/Featured Image?
Would be nice if this would be possible without messing with the Code to much…

So far, waiting for Answers/Help.

WP 5, new post with image blocks not showing on front page

Hi,

I have an issue after upgrade to WP 5 because the latest posts, using the new image blocks are not displayed on the front page. If I use the the direct URL (attached below) the page opens with no problem, but it’s just not shown on the front page (https://blogwithphotos.net). Usually the last post appears on top as the most recently published one.

The previous post, using the WP 4.x format is shown as the “last post” on the front page.

It’s only me who has this problem? Any idea?

Send Last x Posts ?

Hi,

For me all is running like a charm except one thing.
I ‘ve setup automatic newsletter at 10:00am every day with the last 3 post.

Here is the trouble, Mailpoet only send the last 3 posts from the day so if I’ve posted 2 posts one day before at 7pm and 9pm and one post today at 8am Mailpoet only send the 8am post.

Is there a solution to post the last 3 posts even those posts are 2 days (and over) age old ?

I would like to ask if it’s possible to have a link of the featured image of the last post in a category? In a similar way that “https://example.com/category/some-category/?latest” redirects to the last post in a category.

I want that the index that shows the last post could show images not just string using get_the_excerpt(). Is that possible? What I want is like the RSS content but showed in the index page.

Plugin to put a featured image from last post in a page

Hi, recently I wanted to change the layout my blog’s homepage by editing the images contained within. Since in my homepage I show the 4 main categories of my posts along with an image that represents each category, I thought it would be cool to display the last post’s featured image of such category instead of a static image (and maybe even link it to the post itself)

Is there any plugin to do such a thing? I’m pretty sure I’m not the first one to come up with this idea. Anyone know of any plugin?
