Highlight current language flag

I’m looking to differentiate between the current language and other language flags in my language switcher menu. Want to make it easy to know which language the site is currently displaying. Was thinking I could either have two versions of the language flag (color and greyscale) and use one for current and the other for language that can be switched too, but not sure where/how best to do this.

Remove flag from footer?

Hi y’ all!

I was updating some content from my site’s main page and after done with it, I found out that there were some slight modifications in the footer, even though I didn’t touch anything from the menus.

Question is: how can I get rid of a language flag that appeared in my footer menu? You can have a look here: https://www.epimorfosis.gr/en/

P.S. I gave a good search to find something similar to my problem, but I didn’t come up with something. In case there is already a topic (or in case my post is in wrong forum) please move it to the correct one.

Theme: Customizer – Wrong display of Social Media Icons

Dear forum memebers,

I am running the website www.urban-diversity.com but it can also reached via https://urban-diversity.pietschy.de which is a subdomain of the other website www.pietschy.de I am running.

I am using the Customizer theme without having any display problems with my Social Media Icons with www.pietschy.de . I now also changed to the same theme for my second website. But now there appears to be a bug:
– on www.urban-diversity.com all of the Social Media icons appear in other symbols
– while on https://urban-diversity.pietschy.de everything is displayed properly.
I truely don’t know where the mistake might be and am happy to post snipplets if needed.
However, I also planned to implement language flags vom qtranslate in the header area of both websites on the right side next to the Social Media Icons. I will highly appreaciate if someone could be so kind and let me know where in the headerfile which code has to be inserted and how I can solve the display problem of the icons.

Hi there,

I hope I will be clear enough. basically my blog at the moment is in english but i would like to add a little german flag into a corner somewhere and when somebody clicks on it the website will be in german.
i dont want to use the automatic translation program as they dont work that well, so i guess i have to set up another blog and fill it out in german? i am using simple script/bluehost and i tried to install another WP on there but i didnt go follow through with it as it would have overwritten the original WP.
my current website can be found on www.javaliciousyoga.com and i want the german website to be placed under www.javayoga.de but obviously linked to the other site also.

any help is very much appreciated, thanks very much!
