Something doesn’t seem to be configured correctly here, because on the plugin page it says: “This plugin has not yet been translated into German. Help to translate it!” .. But the language file has 100% of the strings in it .. When I click on the link provided, it says “This plugin is not properly prepared for localization” above it and the values below are not correct..
I just wanted to point this out – I don’t really need any help, as it works in combination with Loco Translate.
]]>I saw somebody already 2.5 years ago asked where/how to translate these words.
I just installed the Kale theme, and still, I think at least the words “Filed Under” and “Tags” are hardcoded? Did you not update the .pot file already to the theme itself?
Anyway, I need to be able to translate all the theme to my own language.
How can we do that now? I think you should make an updated version of your free theme so that everybody would receive a proper theme with all its content ready to translate?
Or whatever way you see the best. But for yourself, a fixed theme would be the best option of course. To sell the pro version too. It is a beautiful theme.
Thanks in advance
Is says: “This plugin is not properly prepared for localization (View detailed logs on Slack). If you would like to translate this plugin, please contact the author.”
Any Hint?
]]>Thank you for a brilliant plugin. It works very well.
However, since creating a few custom files and translating a few number of strings from several plugins yesterday, no language files are showing up in the admin-area, even though they work fine on the website itself.
When I go to the loco > Home area, it shows the plugins that I worked on yesterday under “Recently updated”; but when I click on them or go into the plugins area and choose the plugins, it says: “No translations found for “lifterlms””.
This happens with every single plugin, even those that came with several language files etc.
It seems that the loco admin area page isn’t loading any language files at all, even though the files are there and were created/saved in the custom loco folder (to avoid being overwritten by updates). I have saved the files that I’ve backed up from my ftp-server just in case.
What could be wrong? I’ve not touched any folder or setting since yesterday, when everything was working fine.
Thanks in advance
]]>Many thanks, Lins
]]>Looks like this:
“Sehr geehrte{r} {title} {last_name},”
And leads to lots of fun with e-mails that now read like:
“Sehr geehrte{r} Herr Testuser” – notice the curly brackets? yay!
A quick fix is replacing the content of the “Anrede” field in the WC Germanized E-mail settings ( WooCommerce > Settings > Germanized > E-Mail) with the correct form, ie. regular brackets.
]]>How can we keep language files during plugin updates process ?
By now files are deleted and requires to be reinstalled in languages plugin sub dir.
Thanks
