If you need to rely on this tool with any sort of importance, then find something else. It’s been a headache and support sends unhelpful blanket responses.

I would give this software zero stars or negative 5.
Support is absolutely shocking, when existent…
The software is FULL of faults which don’t seem to be resolved.
They don’t understand English.
They take 24 hours to respond to a question if lucky.

AVOID this software, it looks great – its function is a useful as throwing a strawberry trifle into your computer fan.

Huge disappointment

I thought, well why not try this new editor. Within a very short time I was dismayed by the clunky interface and the abysmal lack of most anything useful. Widgets that used to be available with the click of a mouse were now gone, replaced with a handful of half baked replacements. Even the slightest bobble with the mouse gets you yet another “block” which you then have to perform more jymnastics to delete. Even something as basic as a carousel is a nightmare. You cant resize it and when viewed on older browsers, the pictures are all different sixes. So I pushed on, trying some buttons. When I made the text bold, it displayed the markuo instead of the text, obviously a bug. Then there is the lack of any sort of WYSIWYG. I was hoping this “improvement” would add this, but no. Makes me think the developers are pushing Joomla or Drupal, as the Google searches for WordPress alternatives have risen sharply in the last few months. I think I still have a copy of Macromedia Dreamweaver somewhere…

The plugin’s interface works and it even allows you to upload custom fonts, so that’s nice.

However, that’s where its functionality ends. The uploaded fonts do not get included or imported into the website’s style sheet. On top of that, no file paths are indicated anywhere so you’re going to have on a bit of a hunt to trace down and include the imported fonts in some CSS yourself (they’re in /wp-content/uploads/custom_fonts, for reference).

This plugin could have been better in a lot of ways and it fell kind of short. Still, thank you for the effort.

Can’t Dismiss their Ad in Dashboard among other issues

This theme seems to have very limited support from the Authors.

Beyond the issues with the theme, it also has very limited features unless you go Pro.

They have a Getting Started banner that will not go away.

It is in very early stages and I don’t recommend the theme for use in a production environment.

I really wish it would separate Google Play Music into its own category. I have 74% of my listening in the “Other” Category and would love to see where those are coming from. I’d also like to see average listening time, or have the option for more advanced analytics.

Why do we need to place a widget before entering criteria? According to the instructions, after activating the plugin we are suppose to add the widget. Makes no sense. Why do we want a widget when setting shortcodes nullifies that need?
Your instructions are lacking. Stop with all the ‘cuteness’ of verbiage and try some usable instructions.

Why cant wordpress auto-fill image caption and description when adding media although it’s filled in the EXIF and IPTC of the image either using Lightroom or Photo Mechanic ?

Frustrating forum lacking

I posted a question a couple days ago. I have searched through about 10 pages of threads, but I cannot find it.
This forum is lacking a “view your postings” capability, so we can quickly find our own threads – or am I missing something here?
